As she was being led to a police vehicle, Christina Solometo laughed and said, "The lady chased me. She chased me and asked her not to attack me.”

According to police, both women were headed in the same direction on Tuesday in Delaware County, when Solometo thought the woman in the dark-colored car was following her when she was simply going home.

Solometo was booked on charges including indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and a misdemeanor for “depositing waste on the highway.”

While she was getting arrested, Solometo said, “I have a sickness!," although she didn’t elaborate on what that was.

I sent her a message earlier in the day when I learned her identity but before before court records confirmed it. She called me via FaceTime video from her Facebook account under the name Christina M Shythead. (No. I am not kidding.) But, well, I just missed it. And I’m trying to imagine what I would have seen on that video call. Hmmm. Anyway, moments later, police in Prospect Park booked her.

I reached out to her again later in the evening. She wrote back, “I’m lawyered up.” This suggested that she wasn’t going to say anything else. But then she had another thought: “I was not the angry one.” She’s referring to the other party in the road rage incident on Tuesday, the details of which are laid out by police in the arrest warrant I summarized yesterday.

It's called ARD in Pennsylvania and stands for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition, a pre-trial diversion program for first-time, non-violent offenders.

Christina Solometo, 44, was dubbed the "Delco Pooper" after getting caught on video defecating on a car at the intersection of 4th Street and Madison Avenue in Prospect Park, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday, April 29.

As part of the ARD, Solomento will be on 24 months probation, attend anger management and do 64 hours of community service, according to court documents.

Solometo was also ordered to not engage with social media comments regarding the incident and pay $40 every month she is on probation, according to the court documents.
