Looks like a course in nutrition might have to be added to maternity care just so these twits know the requirements and how to feed their baby. How can anyone be so ignorant that they don't know the basic nutritional needs of a human being!

only fed oats, bananas, peanut butter jelly sandwiches and rice.
I don’t believe them when they say they fed her even that much- that list basically covers 90% of my picky 2yo’s diet & he certainly isn’t malnourished or delayed in any way.

I’m guessing that the kids were basically feeding themselves, prob why the 4 & 6yo weren’t in as rough shape- but not being able to crawl, walk or fend for herself in any way, this poor little girl just withered away.

I wish this was just a case of take her away from her asshat parents, feed her well & she’ll be fine- but it seems more likely that the damage they managed to do in just the first year of this baby girls life is permanent- so so sad!

That's not a fucking vegan diet. That's bloody laziness. I was strict vegetarian for ten years (quit when I moved to America and could afford decent quality meat & dairy) and that's not even close to a vegan/vegetarian eating plan.

*ETA no offence meant @Momzilla - I know how picky eaters are. That's a whole different situation. We ate mac & cheese and broccoli every day for about nine months at one point :vomit:
