Layla Trent, 24, was charged with felony child endangerment, according to Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones.
According to an incident report from the sheriff’s office, the video shows Trent “striking a child” who was in a vehicle. She then allegedly took the car seat out and threw it on the ground with the child in it.


Trent then walked away for a short time before she came back and hit the child in “what appears to be in the face,” according to the report.

Detectives interviewed Trent while Butler County Children Services came to check on the children inside the home.

Welp, this is where we are. Adult-sized toddlers having babies. People that have are incapable of dealing with the needs of an infant. They want the cute part. Not the endless screaming for reasons that you cannot ascertain part. Guess what though, the latter is a much larger part of having babies than the former is. And there isn't enough copium in the world to shift these coddled assholes from people that can't cope with the basics to fully functioning adults. Unless we knock this shit off* and parent again, we're doomed...

And yes, I am having that day. The 24 year old counter guy that I see most mornings at my local bodega is having a legit suicidal meltdown today because, and I quote "People are mean...". You just coming to this realization? And frankly, they're not intentionally mean, they're indifferent. And I don't know why that would make you want to self harm. It's a reflection of them, not you. The sandwich you just made is NEVER going to be a life or death thing, unless you choose to make it one, and if you do, that's on you. Not "mean" people. Shit, I don't think I've accused someone of "being mean" since I was 12... :banghead:
