Just over a year after giving birth to a child and being charged with endangering it with meth, Jessie Delossantos is charged again after another child is born in November.

In early November Jessie Delossantos gave birth to a child while she was being transported by ambulance to the hospital. A urine test was done on both Delossantos and the child. Both tested positive for methamphetamine and amphetamine.
When both Delossantos and her baby tested positive for meth, Child Protective Services was notified and the baby was removed from the mother’s custody.

The report said this was Delossantos tenth child and the previous nine have been removed from her custody.

A plea hearing set for Tuesday, December 1 for her other charge of endangerment of the girl born in 2019 has been reset.

That thing has managed to get fucked 10 times? What the fuck is wrong with men?
I'm guessing you're overestimating the quality of the men she was with... Meth-addicted man-boys with a similar visual aesthetic aren't likely to do much better, you know.

It may seem like a slippery slope, but cases like these should require sterilization. Ten kids she screwed up. Disgusting. Just pops them out to lose them.
100% agree.
My libertarian bent ends right about where obvious harm to children begins.

Permanent and semi-permanent birth control should be free, heavily encouraged, and then mandatory depending on how close you are to being... This lady.

Also, I think vasectomies should be mandated when you have unsupported children with more than 2 mothers... But hey that's just me... :p

She probably uses pregnancy to get sympathy and money from family and friends.

If losing nine children did not change this woman's behavior I do not think prison will change it either.

While mandatory birth control or sterilization is not an option and will never be strong encouragement and incentives should be used to help the mother make better decisions.
