The bullshit sentence makes me believe the child has recovered and may not have any ongoing issues due to the abuse.

During the five years - mom needs to keep the children safe so that when he is released she can fight to keep him from having any contact with them.

Some of the youth of today has never experienced irritation, aggravation or frustration, so, as a result, don't know how to work thru it without breaking something, whether that be a vase or a baby. Parents who protect their children from everything are not doing the kids or society any favors.

Mitchel Feyen will have to serve five years in state prison with 4 years of extended supervision after that.
Originally, a criminal complaint against 24-year-old Mitchel Feyen says he brought a seven-month-old to an emergency room in December.

During an examination on the child, bruising around the arms, chest, and a possible brain hemorrhage were discovered.

Police questioned Feyen who says he was frustrated with another child at his home and because of that he threw the infant.

@cubby

You are so right.

Not wanting kids to be disappointed or have hurt feelings has really led to adults that cannot control their impulses or put their needs aside for their children.
