Saturday night, in the small town of Springfield, Colorado, a car was pulled over for speeding.
As the officer watched, he saw a lot of maneuvering inside the car until a man emerged from the passenger side door.
And a dog was sitting in the drivers seat, behind the wheel.
The man claimed he hadn't been driving, and when ask how much he had to drink he made a valiant escape effort by stumbling away about 20 yards.
Following at a leisurely pace, the officer apprehended him, etcetera, etcetera, and he was arrested for DUI and his several outstanding warrants.
