"According to the details, an Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mian Shahid Javed, sentenced the man (Rafiq) to be executed by hanging after he was found guilty of the heinous crime.
The judge noted,
“A father is always considered a natural guardian and protector of his children, and if a daughter is teased by someone outside the house, she complains against him before her father while considering her father as her guardian but in the instant proposition, the real father, by committing incest, has destroyed the personality, soul, as well as the body of his real minor daughter. "
" According to the details, the incident occurred in March of 2019 after the complainant heard noise coming from his paternal aunt’s house at night. The complainant rushed to his aunt’s house, who informed him that her husband had taken their 14-year-old daughter in the room, who was also heard crying."
