Isn't she lovely

A transgender inmate has been removed from a California women's prison after been indicted for rape.

Tremaine Deon Carroll, 51, has been moved to a men's prison as he faces two charges of rape and one of 'dissuading a witness from testifying,' as first reported by feminist news site Reduxx.

One of Carroll's alleged victims, Jane Doe, says she was attacked and raped at the shower at the Central California Women’s Facility in Chowchilla.
The criminal complaint also mentions a second unnamed alleged victim.

Carroll is now at the male-only facility Valley State Prison in Delano.
Now, at 51 years old, 6ft 2in tall and about 200lbs, Carroll is physically imposing.

In mugshot photos, Carroll sports thick black and grey stumble and self-identifies as a trans woman, though has not undergone sex reassignment surgery.
Jane Doe claims Carroll began expressing sexual interest in her immediately after moving cells.

Carroll allegedly left her flirtatious notes. On the second day in the room, she claimed that Carroll propositioned her.

Jane Doe said she turned down all the advances.

But, less than 24 hours later, she claimed Carroll attacked her when she was alone in the prison shower and raped her.
Sources told DailyMail.com that Jane Doe was then hospitalized and, humiliatingly, kept in arm and leg chains as she was subjected to a pelvic exam.

Upon her release from the hospital, she was segregated from the prison population, strip-searched and treated as if she were the predator because — reprehensibly — Carroll had alleged that she was the rapist instead.

Carroll now stands accused of two rapes — the alleged attack on Rebecca and another unrelated assault on an unidentified person around the same time.

Carroll also faces one charge of attempting to intimidate a witness to one of the attacks.

Just going by the liberal agenda law
You claim to be a female swimmer you're a female you claim to be a chair you're a chair. You claim to not poop your pants and refuse a cognitive tests, you're fit to be president and not charged for knowingly taking classified documents, because you're senile. See that's how progressive liberal stuff works, when it fits the liberal progressive agenda it's all good

A convicted criminal who served time at the women's prison in Chowchilla, California is charged with raping fellow inmates.

A Madera County judge ruled 52-year-old state prisoner Tremaine Carroll must be referred to with she/her pronouns because Carroll identifies as a woman.

But the district attorney believes the defendant is abusing the system.

"This is a person who is not a woman in any sense of the word," says Madera County District Attorney Sally Moreno.

In March DA Sally Moreno, charged Carroll for rape allegedly committed while incarcerated at the Central California Women's Facility in Chowchilla.

"After his first cellmate became pregnant and was moved to Los Angeles, two other cellmates of his had complained that he had raped them, so we have filed rape charges against this inmate," said Moreno.

Moreno says the ruling regarding pronouns impacts her ability to prosecute the case.
"This is a particular issue in this case because it's confusing to the jury. In California, rape is a crime that has to be accomplished by a man," said Moreno.

Supervising Deputy District Attorney Eric Dutemple says it's also unfair to the victims.

"Its just absolutely insane that a victim would have to get on the stand and police their pronoun usage when trying to recite one of the scariest times of their lives," said Dutemple.
Carroll was allowed to serve time in a women's prison despite being a biological male because of Senate Bill 132, The Transgender Respect, Agency and Dignity Act, which took effect in 2021.

It allows inmates to be housed with the gender they identify as.
"There's no psychological evaluation that needs to be done. This person does not need to be on cross gender hormones, they don't need to be signed up for transgender surgery, they don't need to be a psychological evaluation regarding gender confusion, the mere statement is enough," said Moreno.

Carroll has since been relocated to Salinas Valley State Prison for men
