35-year-old Marc Jason Jones of Towson is charged with first-degree murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, kidnapping, and assault charges.
Investigators say that one week ago, Jones got into an argument with Teon Deontae Barnes along Bedrock Circle in White Marsh. Investigators say Jones shot Barnes, jumped into his car and drove off. Barnes was pronounced dead at the scene. A witness to the crime was inside the car at the time."
