Police are looking for a thug who smeared human feces on the face and back of the head of a 43-year-old woman who was sitting on a subway station bench on a Bronx platform during the evening rush last week, authorities say.

The woman was sitting on the bench on the southbound platform at the East 241st Street station around 5:15 p.m. last Monday when the stranger attacked her.

Police released video that shows the man holding what appears to be a black plastic bag as he approaches the woman. He then mashes the hand holding the bag into her face. Then he ran off.

It didn't appear any words were exchanged prior to the attack. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.

A Bronx man who allegedly smeared human feces on a woman’s face on a subway platform last week has been arrested, NYPD said.

Frank Abrokwa, 37, approached a 43-year-old woman who was sitting on a bench on the southbound platform of the Wakefield-241st Street subway station in the Bronx around 5:15 p.m. Monday, Feb. 21, cops said.

Suddenly, without saying a word, he hit the unsuspecting woman in the face and the back of her head with human feces before fleeing, footage released by police showed. It’s not clear whether the feces was his.

Abrokwa was arrested Monday and charged with forcible touching, menacing, disorderly conduct and harassment.

Mayor Eric Adams called the incident a “horrific experience for anyone to go through” at an unrelated press conference Monday afternoon.

“Human waste or someone spitting in your face, those are real signs of mental health issues … and we really must dig into how we’re dealing with these mental health issues,” the mayor said.

In response to the violence, Adams announced his Subway Safety Plan on Feb. 18, pledging to crack down on rule-breaking and preventing people from living on the trains and in the stations.

Adams said teams of outreach workers and city cops began last week canvassing the subways to identify mentally ill and homeless people who need to be removed and will work to get them the treatment and housing they need.

Frank Abrokwa was arrested for allegedly smearing human feces on an innocent woman's face on a Bronx subway platform last week.

The man accused of smearing human feces all over a woman’s face and head in a New York City subway station told a judge at his arraignment "f--- you" and called the jurist – and his victim – a "b----," according to a recent report.
Frank Abrokwa, 37, unleashed a tirade in front of a Bronx Criminal Court judge on Tuesday, barking that he was "f------ tired of it" and stating: "I’m hungry. Why am I still here? They want to charge me with a hate crime," according to the New York Daily News.
Abrokwa was reportedly arrested immediately after the court appearance in connection with a September 2021 hate crime in which he allegedly threatened to kill a Jewish man.
A prosecutor at his Tuesday arraignment said Abrokwa had previously encountered the woman minutes earlier, when he tried hitting on her, according to the News.

"Hey, mami, hey, mami, why don’t you talk to me?" he allegedly said, according the report.

But when she reneged, he tucked into an open subway train and defecated in a bag before unleashing his disgusting attack, the report alleges.
A criminal complaint related to the arrest describes how he smeared feces all over the woman’s "face, head, neck, shoulder, and back area."

As he did, he allegedly said: "Like this, b----?"

When police interviewed him later, he told them, "S--- happens. Haha. This is a s----- situation. Haha," the complaint further alleges.
Abrokwa had more to say during Tuesday night’s court appearance. As the judge and attorneys discussed a protective order for the victim, he allegedly said: "I don’t know that b----."

According to the Daily News, after the judge suggested he discuss the cases with his attorney, Abrokwa told her: ""Why are you disrespecting me? Why am I being mistreated by the system?"

He reportedly added: "I’m talking to my attorney. F--- you, b----."
Abrokwa was released without bail in the case – despite prosecutors’ efforts – but was then re-arrested to answer to the hate crime allegations, the report states.

He boasts at least 20 unsealed prior arrests, with charges consisting of robbery, assault, forcible touching, criminal possession of stolen property and aggravated harassment, police said.

Someone really needs to hurt this walking fecal stick.

I hope the next person he attacks fights back and kills him it really will be doing the world a favor.

NYC man charged with smearing feces on woman’s face held on bail for new crime: ‘What I’m going to do next is going to shock the city’

A disturbed repeat offender released without bail after arrests for smearing his own feces on a stranger’s face at a Bronx subway station and attacking a man wearing a yarmukle in Brooklyn has been busted again — and this time he begged police to keep him in jail or face the consequences, prosecutors said Tuesday.

“Don’t let me out again,” Frank Abrokwa warned a cop after his arrest for going berserk on workers at a Washington Heights self storage facility on Saturday, according to court documents. “What I’m going to do next is going to shock the city.”

Abrokwa finally got his wish. A judge ordered the 37-year-old homeless man held on $5,000 bail for smashing a window at Treasure Island Self Storage on W. 145th St. and screaming threats at workers there.

Employees said Abrokwa had come into the business carrying a dumbbell about 6:30 p.m. and began screaming at them, demanding a refund on a unit he apparently rented there.

He smashed a glass window and ran off. A short time later, he returned as workers were cleaning up the glass.

“I want a refund!” he screamed, according to prosecutors. “I’m leaving Monday. That’s why I broke the glass.”

Abrokwa returned the next day and again demanded his refund.

“If I don’t get my refund by Monday, I’m gonna come back here and catch a felony,” he said, according to court papers.

The business manager called police, who took Abrokwa into custody and charged him with criminal mischief and harassment.

When he was in custody, he told a cop inside the 32nd Precinct stationhouse about his plan to shock the city if let out again, court papers reveal.

During his arraignment on Monday, Manhattan Assistant District Attorney James Williams noted Abrokwa had been arrested twice in Manhattan before, on Jan. 7 and Feb. 5, both on misdemeanor assault charges that weren’t bail eligible.

State law allows for bail to be requested on class A misdemeanors — like the criminal mischief charge Abrokwa was facing — after a defendant has been released without bail on a similar crime. And so prosecutors asked that bail for Friday’s arrest be set at $5,000.

Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Michael Gaffey agreed and also ordered a psych exam.

Abrokwa is being held on Rikers Island and is expected to return to court on April 11.

During his arraignment for the foul smear, Abrokwa cursed at the judge and left the courthouse with a wide grin beneath his NBA baseball cap.

Yeah! I'm non-violent but leave me with him alone to convince him to change his attitude... shouldn't be more than a year or three or five or ...

A New York City man accused of smearing feces on a New York City subway rider had his face scalded with boiling water after another inmate attacked him at Rikers Island, Fox News Digital has learned.

Frank Abrokwa, 37, is expected to have permanent facial scarring after an inmate who goes by the name of "Burns" attacked him with boiling water at the Anna M. Kross Correctional Facility, a jailhouse source confirmed to Fox News Digital.
Abrokwa was charged with assault, reckless endangerment, menacing, disorderly conduct, and harassment. However, he was released without bail due to the nonviolent nature of the misdemeanors.

Abrokwa was being held on bail at the facility on the infamous Rikers Island for an unrelated incident where he allegedly shattered a glass window with a dumbbell at the Treasure Island Storage Facility in Harlem after his release for the alleged feces attack.

The 37-year-old reportedly has a rap sheet going back to the 1990s, with at least 20 unsealed prior arrests and charges consisting of robbery, assault, forcible touching, criminal possession of stolen property and aggravated harassment, police said

I am pretty sure they misread the definition of "Non-violent". Kinda feel like assault is a violent charge. LOL
