Blunderbuss Firozabad

Made of Pumpkin pie
India only gives the death penalty for

-Treason against India
-Murder
-Sexual abuse of a child

Hanging or firing squad, no drifting peacefully to sleep.

"A court in Gujarat’s Kheda district on Tuesday awarded the death sentence to a 28-year-old man for repeatedly raping his stepdaughter and impregnating her.

As per the prosecution, the accused repeatedly raped the girl, who was then aged 11 years and 8 months, for over five months and threatened her not to talk about the sexual assault. The crime came to light only after the girl became pregnant.

Special POCSO judge P. P Purohit at Nadiad city also ordered the man to pay Rs 2 lakh to the survivor as compensation.
Considering the evidence and the seriousness of the crime, the court sentenced the man to death... "

" The court awarded him the death sentence under section 376 (A)(B) of the IPC (for raping a girl under 12 years of age) and sections 5 (J)(2) (making child pregnant) and 5 (L) (committing rape more than once) of POCSO Act,. "

death by either hanging or fireing squad so the a world wide sentence for child rapist or anyone that kills a child be it neglect, abuse etc and anyone that commited murder and give them the same compassion as they gave their victims....they sure didn't gave their victims a needle that costs thousands of dollar (as per what i read that it cost more to inject them than the cost of life in prison w/o parole) and let their victims pass away in a peaceful sleep... they had no compassion why should they receive compassion after what they did to their victims????

Wait, what? India held a man accountable? I need to sit down.

There's another country that I know of that needs to hold rapists more accountable, make punishments more severe.

The stereotype of a promiscuous woman who goes to the wrong places, is under the influence, changes her mind after saying yes, etc. is a fallacy that makes women feel safer, and men and women feel safer about their children.

It's not true.

From our own US Justice Department come the United State's statistics, and they are sobering, and it's worth posting twice today.

:

"India has been characterised as one of the "countries with the lowest per capita rates of rape"

In India:

"The share of victims who were minors or below 18 - the legal age of consent - stood at 10%."

In the United States?

"Sixty-seven percent of all victims of sexual assault reported to law enforcement agencies were juveniles (under the age of 18); 34% of all victims were under age 12."
In the United States? :

"One of every seven victims of sexual assault reported to law enforcement agencies were under age 6."

So. To Reiterate:

India-10% of rape victims under 18

United States- 67% of rape victims are under 18

34% of all victims of rape in the United States are under 12.

14% of all rape victims in the United States are under 6 YEARS OLD.

India is not even on the same planet as the United States when it comes to rape and the rape of minors and the rape of children.

Tsk-tsking India, incorrectly, diverts from thinking about the bigger problem right here.
