Since my mum died 3 years ago, and let's just say, major "problems" arose, I have stopped feeling motivated to really do anything. I actually now kind of prefer being alone, without really wanting to remain lonesome. If you get my drift.
Ages ago, I actually tried to forge a career as a movie extra. You wouldn't believe all the hassle I had to endure in the industry because of people lying about me, I had anxiety, or generally, folk were just being shitty on purpose. Yet despite the setbacks that held me down, I didn't want to throw in the towel, but now you cannot even find anything on Facebook, as all these social media things like Twitter that were mediocre platforms anyway (even YouTube) have downgraded basic features. Yes! Downgraded the ability to find fuck all.
Gaming forums are sad now. Either nobody responds, the reply is generic, or trolls ruin the few semi-active sites that remain. So you'd be better off just using YouTube to have banter, because some content creators are respectful, whilst others are just arseholes.
Even worse, sex workers you can see online on adultwork.com and so on, are such lousy, untrustworthy whores and there's so many reasons why one like me never gets laid. And they are rather clannish and probably hate men due to a bad experience in the past.
I have joined AW hundreds of times. The ladies either do not reply, they see porn talk as rude despite egging you on, and there's other roadblocks I could mention, but sigh. I digress. I joined the site hundreds of times and only met a lass very occasionally. Then they'd go full on bipolar because something else perhaps upset them, and instead of seeing I was just trying to be helpful, I more or less received abuse or rejection. They're sort of like the same unpleasant entity in my eyes, I suppose. And this is in spite of the fact you're offering cash for sexual services that will only occur once they decide enough is enough with the games they like to play with horny, naive men.
Normally, however, it's a case of hostility denying you a shag, because they think you're messaging them a fantasy, or they are screeching about one violating boundaries, they are not online much, or it's because they kid on they're an escort to get you to act as another 'simp' for them, or so you will decide to sign up to their lame OnlyFans page with 5 second ass shake vids, or the number of similar things they like to register on. Then you soon realize it's likely a bot doing the scamming for them in your inbox. And asking for meets ain't allowed, so even if the reply is real, they usually just entice you to pay more dough. But most of the ladies I like the look of are usually located in areas in the UK such as London, or Bristol. So they rarely or ever tour in Scotland.
All in all, the web has really gone to the dogs, with all this AI nonsense taking hold, women being horrid, classic 2000s message boards being cast aside because of X, Discord and Facebook, and just because many people only really want to sound correct 100% of the time. Or they wreck your favourite films and TV series from your childhood with awful Hollywood remakes that stray away from the material they were founded on.

Meh. The 2020s has been so shite. And to be totally honest with you, it's only probably only gonna get worse.
