The building goes a week without electricity and the HOA just assumed that the heat and lack of power may have had something to do with the woman's death?

(not against Americans, against american politicians) When I see how the money for the homeless are actually spent, it would be better just to open the bank and let anyone loot it as they please.
The sister of Cuomo, and a former husband of his cousin, used to get 3000-500k salary, in a "non-profit", that got 3500 a month, to house one person on a bed, in 30 people room.
