Kenya Butler, 27, has been arrested for allegedly encouraging her daughter to snatch an unattended purse at a restaurant after surveillance video of the incident surfaced, and she was identified by police.

Because it's a chain seafood restaurant that's nowhere near the ocean. Over priced seafood and an entire family ordering the most expensive meals on the menu because they knew they weren't going to be paying for it. That's how it's $500.00
