Ok so I searched key words and if this is a dupe I am deeply sorry! Long Island had some excitement this week, freshly chopped up body parts were of a man and woman were found in a neighborhood park by a girl walking to school. She called her dad who called the cops. Thankfully(?) she only found a severed arm, but the severed head and other limbs turned up in the same park. Realizing that they didn’t have enough parts to recreate 2 dead bodies police did thorough searches of other nearby parks and found more human remains. The victims have been identified (not publicly) as Yonkers residents, a suspect has been arrested and they believe the motive was a LOVE TRIANGLE! The scandal! The drama! So refreshing to have something that isn’t gang related.

Summer is coming up, which means tourist come and enjoy our beaches, our restaurants, boat rentals etc. A lot of businesses and people depend on summer to make their money for the year. (Not just the Hamptons) It rained every single weekend last summer and people took a hit. They don’t want people to be afraid so they’ll come. Kind of like the mayor in Jaws telling everyone it’s safe and then the shark keeps eating people.

I used to deliver cars to a Porsche dealership on Long Island, I think Jericho was the town name? There's a Home Depot almost next door. Back in 08 when the economy sucked, Home Depot did a closeout on all the tile inventory. I got some really nice granite and marble tile at $1 a sq foot. I got 300 square feet, enough to do the front of my house and a few rooms inside. I wish I bought more

Yep, thanks to the bail reform act the crimes they are charged with are offenses that the prosecutor can’t request bail for.

"It is our understanding that the Suffolk County Police Department is still investigating these murders. Unfortunately, due to ‘Bail Reform’ passed by the New York State Legislature in 2019, charges relating to the mutilation and disposal of murdered corpses are no longer bail-eligible, meaning my prosecutors cannot ask for bail," Tierney's statement read.

Our governor and the Suffolk County DA are going at it. I think it’s absurd you can chop a head off a dead body and throw it in a park but you can’t be held if they only suspect you for making that human a dead body, clearly you had something to do with it! Common sense laws everyone, why is it so fucking hard?!
