The original article's headline refers to him as an NFL "star", but I've never heard of this guy. But looking him up on Wikipedia, he is indicated to have led the NFL, with five total, in forced fumbles in 2014; and the year before once got a touchdown from a fumble. Which is pretty cool, apparently.
This guy has gotten in too much vehicular trouble over the years. I remember hearing a few years ago that active NFL players, as a job perk, have access to their own 24/7 transportation service, no questions asked. I'm sure that info is on the internet somewhere. So for this guy to have this much trouble with driving is especially inexcusable.
With that said, one of the cops that he was belligerent toward must've had a potato peeler on hand!
That's LITERALLY this dude's face!
And below is a picture of Peeler Policemen (named after Sir Robert Peel) from the mid-19th century, purely for fun.
Also, if you're at a strip club like this driving drunkzilla was before he banged multiple cars and zero strippers, how would the strippers react if you threw tater tots instead of money at them?
If I throw these tots, then can you show your- [this joke is officially cancelled by the ACLU]
Robert Quinn, a former first-round pick and Pro Bowl defensive end, has had another run-in with the law.
The 34-year-old retired star was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and reckless driving in South Carolina early Friday morning.
Police responded to a car repair shop around 2 a.m. to investigate a crash involving multiple vehicles.
A white Dodge Challenger was going in reverse when police arrived, according to official reports and when stopped by police, a female driver told them that Quinn, who was in the passenger seat, had called her for a ride, according to WCBD in Charleston.
Police said Quinn was uncooperative following the incident and was slurring his speech, according to TMZ.
Quinn was also reportedly at a gentleman’s club before his arrest and surveillance cameras showed him driving his pickup truck over a median and intersection and into the area where the crash was reported.
He was also arrested in August 2023 following his connection to multiple hit-and-run crashes and slapping a woman in South Carolina.
Quinn was also arrested in Missouri in 2012 on a DWI charge.
