So much hate and vitriol for someone that has only lived 18 years. He has not even formed "his own opinions" just sucked up the bile and drivel of others. I am appalled & shocked that anyone can still think this way! NO ONE HAS TAKEN ANYTHING FROM YOU! NO ONE HAS STOPPED YOUR POSSIBLE PROGRESS! NO ONE HAS BROUGHT ANY HARM TO YOU THAT WOULD JUSTIFY THIS LEVEL OF ACTION!
That is NO ONE BUT YOU!
We are not colors, we are humans, we all have dreams and asperations, we all have lives that we live. We and we alone are responsible for our progress, our happiness, reaching our goals. You cannot lay blame on anyone or you risk building hate for those you feel have wronged you, those you CHOSE to blame for your inability to survive in the world we currently live in, If you feel any particular persons are the cause of change you are unhappy with....then look to yourself to correct this IN YOUR LIFE!
I did not get my degree, was this an entire populations fault, was it because of my ethnicity, was I the wrong color, the wrong sex, the wrong sexual orientation, the wrong religion? While any of those could be a cause and I could be the person that says I would have a degree but because of XYZ I don't! I hate XYZ! They don't deserve to live! It is all their fault, they have caused my whole life to be awful!
Nope, I have to take a few minutes and ask MYSELF what happened, Kids, Marriage, career choices, my life.
These are reasons I never finished my degree, any of one million other things may have played a part, but those things were not why I did some thing, I personally made choices, the end.Standing Ovation!
These little jackasses need to stop looking outside for "WHY AM I A FAILURE". YOU HAVE FAILED because you cannot or refuse to have an original THOUGHT !
BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — The white gunman who massacred 10 Black shoppers and workers at a Buffalo supermarket pleaded guilty Monday to murder and hate-motivated terrorism charges, guaranteeing he will spend the rest of his life in prison.
Payton Gendron, 19, entered the plea Monday in a courthouse roughly two miles from the grocery store where he used a semiautomatic rifle and body armor to carry out a racist assault he hoped would help preserve white power in the U.S.
Gendron, who was handcuffed and wore an orange jumpsuit, occasionally licked and clenched his lips as he pleaded guilty to all of the most serious charges in the grand jury indictment, including murder, murder as a hate crime and hate-motivated domestic terrorism, which carries an automatic sentence of life without parole.
He answered “yes” and “guilty” as Judge Susan Eagan referred to each victim by name and asked whether he killed them because of their race. Gendron also pleaded guilty to wounding three people who survived the May attack.

After the roughly 45-minute proceeding ended, Gendron’s lawyers suggested that he now regrets his crimes, but they didn’t elaborate or take questions.
“This critical step represents a condemnation of the racist ideology that fueled his horrific actions on May 14,” said Gendron’s lawyer, Brian Parker. “It is our hope that a final resolution of the state charges will help in some small way to keep the focus on the needs of the victims and the community.”
Gendron’s parents, in their first public statement, said the guilty plea ensures their son will be held accountable. Paul and Pamela Gendron said they “pray for healing for everyone affected.” They thanked law enforcement authorities who investigated the case, adding they will “continue to provide any assistance we can.”

Gendron has pleaded not guilty to separate federal hate crime charges that could result in a death sentence if he is convicted. The U.S. Justice Department has not said whether it will seek capital punishment. Acknowledgement of guilt and a claim of repentance could potentially help Gendron in a penalty phase of a death penalty trial.
The plea comes at a time when many Americans have become nearly desensitized to mass shootings. In recent weeks, there have been deadly attacks at a Walmart in Virginia, at a gay club in Colorado and at the University of Virginia.

White supremacy was Gendron’s motive. He said in documents posted online just before the attack that he’d picked the store, about a three hour drive from his home in Conklin, New York, because it was in a predominantly Black neighborhood. He said he was motivated by a belief in a massive conspiracy to dilute the power of white people by “replacing” them in the U.S. with people of color.
“Swift justice,” is how Erie County District Attorney John Flynn described Monday’s result, noting that it’s the first time anyone in the state of New York has been convicted of the hate-motivated terrorism charge. His sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 15.
Attorney Benjamin Crump, who represents several of the victims’ families, said they remain baffled that the gunman survived. They want harsh punishment, he said: “We want him to be treated as the heinous, cold blooded vicious murderer that he was for killing all these innocent Black people. It is emotional and we are angry.”

An impassioned victim impact statement from the sister of one of the victims of the Buffalo supermarket shooting was interrupted when an unknown person lunged at the teenage shooter, disrupting the courtroom, before the killer was handed 10 life sentences — one for each victim.
“You killed my sister,” Barbara Mapps told Payton Gendron, 19, at the latter’s sentencing at Erie County Court on Wednesday morning.
Judge Susan Eagan said the sentences would run concurrently, according to News4Buffalo.
“You will never see the light of day as a free man ever again,” she told Gendron.
Mapps’ sister, Katherine Massey 72, was one of the 10 people killed during Gendron’s racism-fueled rampage at Tops Friendly Markets on May 14, 2022.
Most of the victims, including Massey, were black. Gendron pleaded guilty last fall to several murder and hate-motivated terror charges.
“Kat would do anything for anyone at any time,” Mapps told Gendron, her voice loud and trembling with emotion.
Addressing the killer from behind a podium, Mapps frequently gestured toward Gendron as she raised her voice.
Google, YouTube and their parent Alphabet are being sued along with Reddit in a pair of lawsuits for allegedly promoting “extreme and harmful” content that enabled a gunman to kill 10 black people in a hate-motivated mass shooting in Buffalo, NY, last year.
“Through the use of YouTube, Reddit and other sites, the shooter gained the mindset, knowledge and motivation he needed to commit his racist attack,” said one of the suits filed in New York State Supreme Court in Erie County on Tuesday that was brought on behalf of Wayne Jones, the son of victim Celestine Chaney.
Celestine, who was killed while shopping for strawberry shortcake ingredients with her older sister, was one of 10 victims who were shot dead by then-18-year-old gunman Payton Gendron on May 14, 2022.
On the day of the massacre, the avowed white supremacist — who was heavily armed and wearing tactical gear — entered Tops Friendly Market and allegedly started firing at black shoppers and employees, authorities said, motivated by his racist beliefs in a conspiracy theory called “the Great Replacement.”
Every victim who Gendron killed was black. Three were injured, of which two were white.
Another lawsuit — which was filed in State Supreme Court in Erie County on behalf of victims’ families and 16 Tops staffers working at the supermarket on the day of the shooting — allege that Gendron wouldn’t have become a believer of “the Great Replacement” if it weren’t for social media sites like YouTube, Reddit and Google.
The court papers, which were obtained by The Post, say that these platforms’ “unsupervised algorithms [that] systematically promote angry, violent and extremist content because that content has been shown to maximize user consumption of and engagement with content.”
Because of Gendron’s “near-constant use of social media,” he was fed “an unending supply [of] extreme and harmful content” that made him “a believer in the racist conspiracy theory called ‘the Great Replacement.'”
Ideologies promoted by the conspiracy theory were apparent in Gendron’s chilling writings, including a 180-page manifesto that he’d allegedly posted online prior to the attack.
I think you might be right about that @Turd Fergusen.Could this have something to do with why the Nashville shooter's "manifesto" is staying hidden??

Federal prosecutors are taking the rare step of seeking the death penalty in the case of the Buffalo supermarket shooter who slaughtered 10 people in a racist horror in 2022.
Payton Gendron, a 20-year-old white supremacist, is currently serving a life sentence without parole in what was a separate state case on charges of murder and hate-motivated domestic terrorism.
While New York does not have capital punishment, the feds can still pursue the ultimate penalty in its separate federal hate-crimes case against Gendron.
Prosecutors with the US Attorney’s Office in the Western District of New York filed court papers Friday announcing their intention to seek the federal execution of Gendron, despite his prior promise to plead guilty in the case if they didn’t.
Gendron planned the deadly May 14, 2022, attack on the Tops Friendly Market in Buffalo “in order to maximize the number of Black victims,” the feds wrote in Friday’s filing.
