A pastor in LA's Hacienda Heights has been arrested on suspicion of child abuse after a woman claimed she was sexually assaulted by the church leader when she was a child.
The allegation came in to the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department (LASD) on January 9 and the victim said she and her family were members of what was known as Home of Christians Eastern Los Angeles Church at the time.

ncidents stem back to the year 2000 according to prosecutors. Tsai would have been 20 years old at the time.

The place of worship has a largely Mandarin Chinese congregation.
He was arrested at his home on July 21 and was held at Walnut Station on a bail amount of $1.4million. However he was released three days later on July 24.
The DA has charged Tsai with four counts of Lewd Acts on a Child Under 14 years Old, one count of Oral Copulation of a Person Under 16, and one count of Sexual Penetration of a Person Under 16.
