Balenciaga is under fire online after showing two young girls holding stuffed animals dressed in what appears to be bondage gear in an advertisement.

The fashion house — which has been associated with the likes of Kim Kardashian and previously made headlines for its daring fashion choices — featured the mini models in Balenciaga apparel, holding plush toys that contrasted with the horrifying bondage get-ups.

In one image, a ginger-haired little girl sported a T-shirt from the brand while holding the strap connected to a white bear, which was in a vest with a padlocked choker around its neck.

In another, a brunette child donned a blue outfit while clutching a purple plush animal, which was sporting similarly BDSM attire.

Online shoppers spotted the adverts and were infuriated, calling the images “frightening,” “creepy” and “wrong.”

“I thought people were trolling, but nope. It’s real. Maybe this is why Balenciaga left Twitter. They don’t want to be held accountable. Yes, these are children holding teddy bears dressed in bondage outfits,” one Twitter user fumed.

Balenciaga pulls controversial bear ads amid child abuse fears

Balenciaga issued an apology Tuesday for its new campaign that shows two young girls posing with teddy bears that appear to be wearing BDSM-style harnesses.

The advertisements supported Balenciaga’s Spring/Summer 2023 collection, which debuted this fall at Paris Fashion Week.

“We sincerely apologize for any offense our holiday campaign may have caused. Our plush bear bags should not have been featured with children in this campaign. We have immediately removed the campaign from all platforms,” the company wrote in a statement posted to its Instagram Story.

Balenciaga ‘BDSM teddy bear’ photographer speaks out amid backlash

The photographer who shot the controversial Balenciaga ad featuring BDSM teddy bears modeled by children has broken his silence.

Gabriele Galimberti issued a statement on Instagram Wednesday morning after the inappropriate ad was pulled by the fashion house.

“Following the hundreds of hate mails and messages I received as a result of the photos I took for the Balenciaga campaign, I feel compelled to make this statement,” Galimberti wrote.

“I am not in a position to comment [on] Balenciaga’s choices, but I must stress that I was not entitled in whatsoever manner to neither choose the products, nor the models, nor the combination of the same,” he continued.

He explained that he was permitted only to light the prepared scene and shoot in his “signature style,” but noted that the “direction of the campaign and the choice of the objects displayed” were not in his control.

Gabby Galimpbiscuit did have one thing well in control. Not taking the damn pictures.
The defense could have been simple... you are forcing me to produce what could technically be conceived and construed as kiddie porn.

Someone is trying pretty hard to save face in light of a social uproar and frankly I'm not buying it.

well to me not only the bears are not what should be in same pic as a child .. and these 2 are at best what 3 or so?? why are they in same pic as adult's drinks??? and other pic leave out all that isn't suitable for little ones ex. adult sunglasses, chunky chains etc .... what is wrong with kids being kids and leave the adult stuff to the adults... kids don't belong at adults drinking parties,, ... and stuffed toys should be just that ... furry soft cuddly toys ... not toys in high heels, bondage outfits, sexy outfits etc.... toys after all are and should be and should remain fun learning tools.... kids are kids NOT tiny adults....

Balenciaga files $25M suit against producers of controversial ‘BDSM teddy bear’ ad campaign

Balenciaga has filed a $25 million lawsuit against the producers of a controversial ad campaign that included a child pornography court ruling and BDSM teddy bears, new court papers show.

The fashion house brought the suit Friday against production company North Six, Inc. and set designer Nicholas Des Jardins and his eponymous company for the inclusion in one of the ads of legal documents from a US Supreme Court decision on child porn laws.

Balenciaga is bringing the case “to seek redress for extensive damages defendants caused in connection with an advertising campaign Balenciaga hired them to produce,” the Manhattan Supreme Court summons alleges.

Balenciaga finally cops to mistakes in disturbing BDSM ad campaign, condemns child abuse amid scandal

Amid fierce backlash, Balenciaga has doubled down on its stance for the controversial ad campaign that depicted kids alongside bondage-style attire and a child pornography court ruling. The Kering-owned fashion house released its mea culpa in an Instagram post on Monday afternoon.

“We strongly condemn child abuse; it was never our intent to include it in the narrative,” the luxury couture company wrote in the statement. Balenciaga — which has been associated with the likes of Kim Kardashian — was referring to a series of ads featuring children in Balenciaga apparel, holding plush toys that wear bondage get-ups.

Needless to say, the brand was quick to pull the ads, and now is condemning the controversial campaign, writing: “Our plush bear bags and the gift collection should have not been featured with children.”

“This was a wrong choice by Balenciaga, combined with our failure in assessing and validating images,” the fashion label added. “The responsibility for this lies with Balenciaga alone.”

The Devil In Disguise: Lotta Volkova

1. She has been one of the main stylist in Balenciaga since 2014.
2.She has a relationship with an accused pedophile.
3. We can't only boycott #Balenciaga but also the people behind it.
Picture42.jpg

Picture43.jpg

I also want to make something very clear, I feel #Balenciaga threw the photographers under the bus and that's not enough. If I'm wrong in something correct me please as I don't want to spread misinformation. I'm going to start with the strangest first and how it led me to her.
Picture44.jpg

Meet the photographer that led me to her: Gabriele Galimberti
he said on this daily mail article: 'As usual for a commercial shooting, the direction of the campaign and the choice of the objects displayed are not in the hands of the photographer.' I believe him on this.
Picture45.png

Picture46.png

He did pretty much keep his mouth shut though except for the name Chris Maggio, this where it gets creepy. Chris Maggio have done some really high profile work for Vogue,Balenciaga,GQ,Bloomberg and others however what caught me was one work that was called Double Magazine.

The little girl resembled the one in Balenciaga so much I thought it was her first, but I also found the style to be very similar. I went on lemagazinedouble website and couldn't find the issue. I found the whole shoot weird and that Disney Cruise Line reminded me of Epstein.

I have to thank the previous photographer for snitching on Maggio as it would've never led me to Lotta Volkova. Now when I found she styled it I thought who is this woman. She has become one of the most prominent stylist in the fashion industry.

She has worked with Vogue,Adidas,Balenciaga,Chanel, Jean Paul Gaultier amongst many others, Marc Jabos constantyl comment on her insta. Now lets focus on her insta and her relationship with a accused pedophile.

One of his fans funny enough made a video on him on this and GQ also made an article on this, however some way somehow he was left off the hook and kept working in the fashion industry. gq.com/story/gosha-ru…

There is a lot more at the link below.

poor kids in today's society :( no childhood, no innocence, no just being kids and learning at approprieted ages :( ... sexualize them at 3 or younger, teach them about sex in preschool, oh make their toys more and more technical, dolls, stuffed animals etc have to be sexy of course and yea don't forget they need cells at 3, or tablets , or they will be lagging in their education ,,but never ever teach any child common sense or morals or consequences for their actions , responsibilities etc cuz that is sooooooooo passer ,,,

Not very educational if they're showing the baby in Barbie's stomach. :( Ugh! Next year maybe they'll have baby's first murder kit.
That's intuitive when the child loses the Barbie's baby and can't answer where it is...

Or the dog gets it and chews on it - the toy, obviously at that point, is interactive.

Next year - abortion Barbie

I have a child in preschool and none of that happens. He’s there a full day too. He comes home with lots of cute art projects, they send out a email every Monday with that weeks topics and books. All very age appropriate. I do see some parents giving their kids tablets. My son plays with them occasionally but only child friendly apps ive downloaded. I haven’t heard of any of my friends who’s kids are in different schools learning anything inappropriate so I don’t want you to worry about kids :) it’s not the gloom and doom the news is telling you

well they do start sex ed in first year of k.g. in ontario. and also gender preference so if today a first year k.d. says " i am a boy and my name is joe" that child has to be addressed as such no matter what gender or name the child has.... some schools even go farther and actually have a litter box in class room in case a kid says they are a cat and their name is meow... cuz that is who or what they are that day for everyone ....
and yes some games on tablets are very age appropriate but shouldn't be their main "toy" or activity... i have a g.grand and yea has her own phone (mom's old one) and at 3 she doesn't go anywhere without it and she is punching (texting) on it like mom does and forever taking "selfies" .. i babysat her and boy was she upset cuz she had to put away her phone and do activities... we coloured lol and i had to bribe her with helping me bake cookies after... but first thing she did when mom walked in was show her her pretty picture and brag about baking the cookies she offered her mom lol..

The litter box thing has been proven to be untrue. As for the other stuff I can’t say because I don’t live there but I live in a blue state and it’s all very age appropriate in pre K

oh i got that directly from a ggrand... i guess depends on school if private or public and what city ...
that g.grand (a boy ) was laughing and saying it was stupid cuz who wants to be a cat cuz he wants to be a dog lol until i said well good cuz when they come visit (they don't live in same city as gdrand d." then wouldn't have to bake cookies for you but save you a big juicy bone but said it like i was teasing him of course lol.. he laughed and said gg you are sooooooo silly ...

Having the children in the ads for what are clearly edgy adult items was inappropriate. However, the merchandise is not being marketed to or for children (with the possible exception of the very plain and boring branded clothing they are wearing), so that isn't really a problem.

The teddy bear bondage purses are clearly intended for adults and are no doubt meant to be a quirky juxtaposition of an innocent item (stuffed bear) with a kinky theme. Without the kids in the ad, I think the purses themselves are interesting. They are clearly intended for adults. While I wouldn't pay the high price tag for one of the purses, if someone gave me one, I'd absolutely carry it with the right outfit.

The kids are NOT wearing bondage outfits, as stated in the article. They are wearing perfectly plain and acceptable shorts, t-shirts and tennis shoes while holding up the "bondage bear" purse. These ads are dramatic enough without exaggerating and manufacturing more than what is there.

I don't find any of the items shown in the ads inappropriate for adults. Apart from the two bear purses, they don't even seem racy. The problem is that they stuck kids in the photos, and had them hold the quirky bondage bear purses.

As if Balenciaga’s controversial commercials — and the $25 million lawsuit they’ve spawned — didn’t feature enough disturbing elements, some conspiracy theorists now claim to have spotted “Satanic cult” symbols in the fraught fashion house’s scandalous ad campaigns.
A bizarre video detailing the alleged demonic imagery has amassed 3.1 million views on TikTok as of Wednesday afternoon, with some viewers piling on to accuse the brand of “hidden messages” amid pleas for the second coming of “lord Jesus Christ ” in the crowded comments section.

“Balenciaga on a mad one,” TikTok content creator and music producer Marc Baigent captioned the allegedly incriminating clip, which claims to expose “satanic cult” symbolism using children as pawns.
For the uninitiated, the top fashion label came under fire after running a problematic campaign featuring young children modeling with what appear to be teddy bears wearing bondage gear. The ads were met with criticisms and allegations of normalizing sexual fetishization and abuse of children, and eagle-eyed social media watchdogs pointed out that another ad showed what appeared to be legal documents from a Supreme Court case that ruled on federal laws regarding child pornography.
However, according to Baigent’s TikTok, these adverts also included something else that was equally sinister: “Five things spotted in one of the Balenciaga campaign photos,” intones the narrator in the clip as the camera zooms in on various supposedly demonic memorabilia in a photo of a young boy. These supposedly Luciferian totems included an alleged “child’s drawing of the devil” and a shady black hood of the type worn by “Satanic cult” members, per the clip.
“Even the trainers look like the devil staring you right in the face,” the narrator declares, referring to the boy’s bright-red shoes. The voiceover also highlights the lone candle sitting adjacent to them like a séance prop from an occult horror flick.
Perhaps the most devilish element, per the clip, is the roll of yellow Balenciaga tape with the label’s name misspelled with two As, forming “Baal.”

Baal was reportedly an ancient fertility god worshipped in many ancient Middle Eastern communities, including the Canaanites, who were infamous for sacrificing children.

“Lastly, one of the dolls with a padlock around its neck. Coincidence?” the narrator teases in the video while zooming into a shackled plush in BDSM-style garb.
