Matthew Brooks, 30, is charged with felony rape.
According to court documents, Brooks contacted a woman on the social media site Snapchat, and they discussed a tattoo she wanted.

The woman told police he invited her over to his home, and she had consumed alcohol before hanging out.
In the affidavit, the woman told police he grabbed her face to get her to kiss him.

She also claimed Brooks put her on her back and removed her clothes with force before she allegedly blacked out.

When she came to, she realized she was in the middle of the sexual encounter and told Brooks to stop, but to no avail.

This sounds like something that happens in prison, too. Karma has the potential to be on point here!

One thing I don't understand though, is how on God's good earth did the victim (or anyone) look at his tattoos and think, "This is the guy I want permanently marking my skin..."?? Not only are those tattoos stupid, they are horribly done! I would not trust him even slightly to do a decent tatt if he believed that work was good enough quality.

Maybe she figured, if there are two guys in town who do tattoos, you want the one with the bad tattoos on his face, because it was probably the other guy who did them.

Here is a tattoo depicting a gentleman. Note that the gentleman pictured below is not treating his face like it is an entire sketchbook, and also does not rape women.
