An active-duty airman and his girlfriend are facing serious charges following a recent arrest.

The Tucson Police Department arrested Benton Christopher Fezer, who resides on the Davis-Monthan base, and Kaycee Jenkins on Jan. 20.
Fezer is the father of 3 children, a 5-year-old, a 4-year-old and a 3-year-old. Jenkins, his girlfriend, moved in with him in April 2025.

According to court documents, on December 30, 2025, TPD was alerted by staff at the Tucson Medical Center after Fezer's 5-year-old was seen with alarming signs of abuse and dehydration. The child was reportedly hospitalized in the intensive care unit for nine days and weighed 33 pounds.
Fezer and Jenkins admitted to restricting water intake to the child. They said the child's food consumption was worsening since the mother left and because of this, would drink too much water at once causing them to choke or vomit. The child was malnourished, dehydrated and neglected of dental care.

According to court documents, video cameras showed several incidents involving Fezer yelling at children and slapping them. Another video shows Fezer slapping, kicking and slamming a child against a toilet. He then threw the child into a tub. Several videos showed the same child who was hospitalized, struggling to walk, stand and keep their head up.
The State is pursuing the case under the premise that both defendants, who lived together, share responsibility. They noted evidence of physical, mental and emotional abuse allegedly captured on video. Jenkins was reportedly the main caregiver while Fezer was at work.

wow

yeah, fuck those people, I could see them flushing Benton Christopher Fezer and Kaycee Jenkins down a giant toilet and calling it done.

But then there's what the doctors said:

The child was malnourished, dehydrated and neglected of dental care.

So how does that work? Drinking too much water but is still dehydrated.

I love the cameras everywhere, self snitching by recording everything.
