A fat cow and the penis that is plowing her are accused of abusing three young children, including a 9-year-old boy who weighed only 30 pounds.
The cow, Angel Holland, 32, is charged with three counts each of felonious assault and endangering children.
The penis, Aaron Stalling, 34, is facing the same charges.
Court records describe Angel Holland as the boy’s “custodian” who has had custody of him since 2020.
Criminal complaints for both Stalling and Holland allege they “did torture or cruelly abuse” the boy and his siblings, 6 and 8, on Sept. 13, “which resulted in serious physical harm...”
Elmwood Place police responded to a report of a juvenile not breathing at a home just before 5 p.m. Sept. 13.
Stalling called 911 and calmly and quietly told a dispatcher:
“My child isn’t breathing or he’s having a hard time breathing,” according to a recording of the call released Thursday.
He told her the boy was breathing, but “it seems really weak.”
“Is he speaking?” the dispatcher asked.
“No, he’s not speaking at all....he’s not responding at all,” Stalling said, according to the call audio.
When she asked how long this had been going on, he continued speaking calmly: “I don’t know, maybe 5 minutes. I heard him breathing. It’s kind of labored, so I went to check on him. He seems out of it....it’s like he’s not breathing, I don’t know.”
Stalling checked with someone else in the home to determine whether the boy’s chest was moving up and down, indicating he was breathing, and relayed that back to the dispatcher.
Emergency workers, however, found the boy unresponsive. He allegedly stopped breathing and was in cardiac arrest.
The child was resuscitated on scene and then taken to a children’s hospital.
Hospital staff determined the boy weighed only 30 pounds and was critically ill with severe malnutrition and a core temperature below 80 degrees, according to the affidavit.
Holland said he “complained of a stomachache three days earlier, and admitted seeking no medical care for him after a recent fall,” wrote an investigator at the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.
She told investigators she “was preoccupied with another child the day of the incident,” the court filing shows.
When Stalling was told of the boy’s critical condition, he responded, “We feed him,” according to the affidavit.
On Sept. 16, doctors confirmed the boy “was severely malnourished, showed signs of physical abuse, and remained in critical condition.
The siblings, 8 and 6, who also were in the home, were malnourished and required hospitalization for medical treatment.
Authorities received a court-approved search warrant to go through the home.
They found “multiple items of evidentiary value, including bungee cords, a belt, and soiled towels observed inside a vehicle registered to Ms. Holland,” according to the affidavit.
