Two women at New Jersey's only all-women's prison are pregnant after having sex with transgender inmates.

The pregnant women, who were not identified, are housed at the embattled Edna Mahan Correctional Facility, in Clinton, which New Jersey Governor announced plans to close last year.

Prison bosses said that in both instances, the sex was consensual.

It is unclear if the women had sex with the same transgender inmate, or if it was two different inmates.
Edna Mahan houses 27 transgender prisoners, and over 800 women altogether. It is also unclear how far along the two inmates are, and whether they plan to continue with their respective pregnancies. An investigation has been launched.

The correctional facility began to house transgender women - including those that have yet to undergo gender reassignment surgery - last year.

That came as part of a settlement following a lawsuit brought by a trans woman and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of New Jersey.
ACLU legal director Jeanne LoCicero defended on Tuesday the policy, saying it ensured the rights of trans prisoners were not violated.

'[It's] in line with New Jersey's strong anti-discrimination laws that prevent discrimination and harassment on the basis of gender identity,' she told local news outlet NJ.com.

Edna Mahan, the only women's prison in the Garden State, does not require transgender inmates to proceed with reassignment surgery in order to be housed at the correctional.
'While DOC cannot comment on any specific disciplinary or housing decisions that may be considered in light of these events, the Department always reserves all options to ensure the health and safety of the individuals in its custody,' Sperrazza said.

In 2021, two Edna Mahan prisoners filed a lawsuit seeking for the gender identity policy to be revoked, after they were allegedly harassed by transgender prisoners.

The women also claimed the transgender inmates were engaging in sexual activity with cisgender prisoners.

Critics of the settlement with the ACLU argue that the measure is yet another burden for a state prison that has seen alarming reports of abuse and rape by guards throughout the last decade.

The union representing correctional officers at the facility issued a statement decrying the policy allowing transgender females to be incarcerated at Edna Mahan.

'We opposed this policy change believing it would be detrimental to the general population of female inmates being housed at Edna Mahan and also bring added stress to our correctional police officers assigned to this institution,' the union's president told NJ.com.
In recent years, Edna Mahan has grappled with reports of widespread abuses and systemic failures. Ten prison guards face criminal charges stemming from an alleged assault on inmates, including a transgender woman, in January 2020.

Edna Mahan began housing transgender inmates in July 2021, as the result of a lawsuit filed in 2019 by a transgender woman who said she was forced to live in men's prisons for a year and a half.

The policy also offers greater protections for transgender, intersex and nonbinary people in state prisons, most importantly by housing them based on the gender they identify with rather than by sex assigned at birth.

Inmates can provide information about their gender identity at any time during their incarceration, under the policy.

Other protections include single-cell housing while final housing determinations are being made; being able to shower separately from other inmates; the right to have input into housing decisions and to appeal those decisions, and a prohibition of physical examinations to determine an inmate's genital status.

Pat-down searches or strip searches by transgender women by male officers will be prohibited. The policy will be maintained for at least one year, according to the ACLU.

Under terms of the settlement, the woman, identified in court papers as Sonia Doe, also received $125,000 in damages and $45,000 for attorneys' fees, and won't face any sanctions in connection with an assault that occurred in prison in May 2019.

'When I was forced to live in men's prisons, I was terrified I wouldn't make it out alive. Those memories still haunt me,' Doe said in a statement last year.

'Though I still have nightmares about that time, it's a relief to know that as a result of my experience the NJDOC has adopted substantial policy changes so no person should be subjected to the horrors I survived.'

It's not really difficult. Don't break the law, and you won't face jail at all. I think if I was transgender, I would make every effort to stay out. It seems to be that all pre-op trans women can and do have heterosexual sex or at least the majority can go either way. Does having them housed with binary women not create conditions for the same sort of nightmare endured by Sonia Doe?

Wasn't there a time, not too very long ago, when people were worried this kind of thing could (and would) happen and those people were called lunatics for even considering the thought. Not to mention being called deviant freaks for even having the though. Looks like those people were right all along eh? Because in general, people will ALWAYS fall to their baser instincts in times of trouble. Like when they're caged for being reprehensible to begin with... :shifty:

If you're suggesting this morning then you'd be right.

I’ve made a similar comment on another thread here, so I apologize if you’ve read the previous one already…but damn, this story makes me want to repeat it:

I am a middle-aged, middle-class white woman (cisgender I guess, per our ridiculous new politically correct dictionaries) who is having to live a complete LIE only because what’s on my license and other IDs and documents does NOT represent what I identify as!

My license and passport show my weight as being MUCH higher than what I “identify with”. According to the info on my government documents, I’m very overweight. But I don’t identify as an old, fat woman! I identify as a much thinner person, like I was 25 years ago. So I demand that my license be changed to display the weight I IDENTIFY as (about 140, which is good for my height), instead of what it actually is.

If everybody else can contest the most basic of identifiers, why can’t I?

I identify as CEO of a Fortune 500 company; pay me! And if I ever go to prison, I identify as a correctional officer; give me the damn keys!

A transgender woman behind bars at a New Jersey women’s prison impregnated two fellow inmates, prompting officials to move her to a different facility, a report revealed Saturday.

Demi Minor, 27, was moved last month from the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women to the Garden State Youth Correctional Facility — a prison for young adults in Burlington County, a New Jersey Department of Corrections spokesman told NJ.com.

Minor, who is serving a 30-year sentence for manslaughter, is in a vulnerable unit in the new facility where she is the only woman, the spokesman said.

Minor wrote in a blog post on the website Justice 4 Demi on July 15 that she was placed on suicide watch at the new facility “due to the fact that I had hung myself in the van.” She claimed guards denied her request to be strip-searched by a female DOC officer.

“[NJDOC] have violated my right to be safe and free from sexual harassment, by putting me in one of the most violent youth Correctional facilities,” Minor wrote. “While living here at GYSC, I have found my self (sic) under attack by young inmates who are immature and just plain ignorant towards a person like me.”

She said she was briefly transferred to New Jersey State Prison, where she “was called he and him well over 30 times,” adding, “this has not happened to me in years being referred to primarily as a man.”

An earlier post stated that Minor was forcibly removed from the female prison and beaten during the transfer. The DOC declined to comment on the accusations but told NJ.com it was investigating.

Edna Mahan is adding a man!

He killed somebody. HE got two women PREGNANT. And he’s crying like a little boy because someone called him a man? Well, to be fair, he’s no kind of a man, and surely not worthy of the title, but no woman EVER got another woman pregnant.

You're very correct here. Except... it is possible for women to impregnate women. How? If one woman voluntarily goes through a medical and non-sexual artificial insemination, and the doctor performing the insemination happens to be a woman.

But no, I get what you're saying. Women cannot through natural, carnal, and sexual means impregnate another woman. Same goes for men impregnating other men, except that no [cisgender, heteronormative (note: I guess I have to add that crap)] men can ever be pregnant. If any male-bodied man can, it could be because they are biologically intersex and have enough of a female reproductive system to carry a baby and give birth. I get that intersex is a tangible way to be born, but the previously presented scenario seems quite unlikely to me.

Being Forced to Live in a Male Prison

July 15, 2022 / Ms. Demi Minor
On June 24, 2022 I was shipped to Garden State Youth Correctional Facility (male facility), due to the fact that I had hung myself in the van, I was placed on Sui-cide watch, prior to going to this darkly lot cell, I attempt to ask Officers if I could be strip searched by a female officer which I felt comfortable doing …The Lieutenant refused and mocked me as I asked for this, he said if I did not follow his commands to allow two male officers to strip search me he was going to cut all my clothes off of me and place me in a dry cell. I cried and complied with his commands as the male officer said things to me that I perceived as wrong. I was placed in a dark cell within Detention housing, as inmates who are on watch are placed in the detention unit and not the infirmary!
Subsequently I was transferred to New Jersey State Prison, where guards continued to call me he and him….I was called he and him well over 30 times, this has not happened to me in years being referred to primarily as a man. When I arrived at Trenton state prison several guards strip searched me and placed me in the infirmary on constant watch. While on constant watch I was off camera where a guard told me “I don’t give a fuck what you do ….there is no camera here..” “everyone here is man including you”. Each time they opened my door I was handcuffed and yanked by officers using a handcuff belt. I was scared that I refused to speak, I kept shaking by the site of their billy clubs that they held in their hand.
This is the hell that NJDOC wants to put me through, this is my punishment for what occurs over 2 months ago, they have violated my right to be safe and free from sexual harassment, by putting me in one of the most violent youth Correctional facilities. While living here at GYSC, I have found my self under attack by young inmates who are immature and just plain ignorant towards a person like me. On Saturday I was in medication line when a inmate cut in front of me, and said “I am not standing behind no fag” “the inmate than spit directly in my direction”, I came back and washed my clothing’s knowing deep down, that I can not and will not live like this!! I don’t think DOC realizes the psychological damage that has been done from moving me out of a womens prison to a male facility, its harsh and, I don’t know what its like to live as a man, and In refuse to ever revert back to such habits or behavior.
The fact that this prison does not have air, does not have cable does not allow video visits does not have and LGBT groups is mind blowing, yet they said that I am here for safety no please understand that I am here for punishment, just the sad part is this punishment may kill me. Mentally I have not been myself and I am losing my essence. The Demi, who wants to wear make-up and hangout with her friends is not permitted here. They have said that I can have my make-up but the truth is we know its a death wish, its literally going to cause more harassment. I have accepted that I am in a male facility but I have not accepted nor will I ever agree to or accept that I am anything other than a woman who happens to be transgender.
I pray that someone hears my voice I pray that punishment ends and that something takes place to stop this abuse, this was a horrible decision, I would have rather stayed in EMCF’s lock up than to have to endure this, I am not safe and would rather be a close custody inmate at EMCF than to stay here. They want to protect my safety….they said that I was removed for my safety….At what point does anyone truly consider my safety?
As a woman who is transgender I truly fear what lies ahead for me, its clear that staff have looked for some kind of security reason to kick me out of the only female correctional facility, they have thrown me to the wolfs and expected for me just gave up, I am baffled and disgusted by this use power and I can only ask that the commissioner and governors office please send me back. I don’t deserve to be treated like this.

1. If Demi can get people pregnant she has a dick so why should female guards be subjected to looking at during the strip search.

2. Demi is a whole frown ass man why he is placed in a juvenile facility?

3. I don't give a shit that you don't have cable cause neither does the person you killed.

Demi at 16

Minor was just 16 when she broke into Theotis Butts's home in Gloucester Township, New Jersey.

Butts had taken her in as a foster child, but Minor was no longer living with him, according to a report at the time on NJ.com.

She stabbed Butts, 69, several times and then fled to New York where she was arrested.

She was also convicted of carjacking. She approached a couple – whose infant son was in their Pontiac Grand Prix at the time – and pointed a Glock .45 in the woman's face. The couple got their baby out of the car before Minor sped away with it.

Minor started to transition into a woman in 2020 and was transferred out of the male prison system to Mahan.

Minor left the Buttses' Timber Cove development home about nine months or so prior to killing the 69-year-old retired railroad worker, but reportedly burglarized it several times after his departure.
It is believed Minor was stealing items from the home the night of July 11 when Butts confronted him, and he stabbed his foster father to death.

[The widow} Broach-Butts said she was "happy" that "justice was served" and spared a long trial in which grisly details would be shared during testimony.

Oh FFS! I killed a person, impregnated two more people while living my life as a "woman" and I'm housed at a YOUTH offender living situation. And why is this cunt bitching about how means the DOC peeps are??? FUCK OFF YOU WHINGING ONLY-WANT-A-TWAT-TO-BE-MANIPULATIVE GIT! You're already getting off far too easy as it is... :banghead:

He spends so much time and uses so many words to complain about what he perceives to be unfair treatment, yet he not once takes a moment to show true remorse for his crimes. Crimes which include a person’s life being taken. I have no sympathy for this crybaby, and he obviously took advantage of his placement in womens‘ prison to have intercourse. He deserves NO SYMPATHY and no special treatment. The sex acts prove he still acts like a man, and whatever claims he makes that he believes he is female should be completely ignored. You can’t have it both ways, asshole.

How does a prisoner have a blog???

Trans prisoner who impregnated two inmates at women's prison reveals she tried to remove her testicle with a RAZOR to 'stop the pain' after being mistreated and 'misgendered' at her new facility

The transgender prisoner who impregnated two of her fellow inmates at a women's prison in New Jersey has revealed she tried to remove one of her testicles with a razor after being misgendered at her new men's facility.

Demi Minor, 27, was moved from Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women in Union Township to the Garden State Youth Correctional Facility (GSYCF) with male inmates in June after guards learned of the pregnancies.

Minor, who is serving a 30-year sentence for stabbing her former foster father to death, has since complained that she has been mistreated and abused at her new prison, where staff are refusing to acknowledge her gender identity.

Trans inmate who filmed sexual abuse of 7-year-old daughter housed in troubled NJ women’s prison

A transgender woman convicted of filming pornographic videos of her 7-year-old daughter has been revealed as one of the transgender inmates being housed at a troubled all-female New Jersey prison.

Marina Volz, 34, is serving her 25 year sentence at the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women alongside her accomplice Ashley Romero, 30, also a trans woman who participated in the sickening child sex abuse, according to jail records reviewed by The Post.

Volz — who went by Matthew before transitioning — is now listed as “female” in official prison records.

Volz and Mahan were two of four people found guilty of running a porn company out of Volz’s basement in Franklin Township in Somerset County.

A source inside of the prison told Reduxx that Volz still has male genitalia.

Volz and Romero are looking to tie the knot while behind bars in an apparent effort to share a cell, an inmate told the outlet.

If the stupid media would stop referring to these assholes as "she" and start using their 'dead' names, that may help...

Once they commit crimes such as this, no concessions should be made for them in any way shape or form. It's fucking disgusting.
