A 12-year-old upstate New York girl woke up to find a strange naked man inside her bedroom last week — and fearlessly confronted the intruder, scaring him off, police said.

The brave kid yelled at the creep to leave when she spotted him “totally naked and physically aroused” in her room at around 6 a.m. on Christmas Eve, according to Ellenville Police.

The intruder had slipped in through a front window of the Village of Ellenville apartment before making his way to a back room where the child and another 12-year-old girl were sleeping, cops said.

The plucky pre-teen’s screams woke the other girl up and prompted the man to flee.

The confrontation also awoke the victim’s mother, who grabbed a knife and chased after the suspect as he ran.

Cops caught up to Sergio Ulysee, 37, who had allegedly taken off in a car. He was arrested after a “brief struggle.”

Ulysee, who lives in the same apartment complex as the girl and her family, was charged with second-degree burglary, endangering the welfare of a child, and sexually motivated felony, police said.

2 Ellenville police officers, 1 NY trooper injured in scuffle with drunken driving suspect

ELLENVILLE, N.Y. — Two village police officers and a state trooper were injured in a confrontation with an allegedly drunken driver early Wednesday on Mill Street, village police said.

Ulysse was ordered out of the vehicle but refused “lawful orders" to exit, according to an Ellenville Police Department press release. When officers approached him, he became combative, striking them in the face multiple times and cutting the state trooper’s eye, police said.

Ulysse also tried to seize a taser from an officer and turn it against the officer, but without success, police said.

The 2020 Naked Home Invasion: Sergio Ulysse was never sentenced for this. An Ulster County Grand Jury dismissed all charges (including the sexually motivated felony and child endangerment) in March 2021 for undisclosed reasons.
