A Kentucky mother who is accused of abusing her 6-month-old daughter allegedly admitted to the horrendous acts, according to local reports.
Hannah Rupard, 21, is facing criminal child abuse after police were called to the UK Hospital in Lexington on a report of child abuse due to several bruises on a baby's head, local station WKYT reported.
Rupard allegedly admitted to police that she did abuse the baby, specifically admitting to hitting the child several times on the head and even allegedly pulling out one of the baby's toenails, per the station citing an arrest report.
She also allegedly admitted to shoving a pacifier into the baby's mouth, causing injury to part of the child's tongue, the Register reported.
