21-year-old Zechariah Frick faces two felony charges after an investigation by the Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force led to his arrest.

According to the Elkhart County Prosecutor’s Office, investigators received an ICAC tip linking possible child sexual abuse material to an IP address in the city. An Elkhart Police Department officer assigned to the task force reviewed the tip, which included videos showing children believed to be 12 years old or younger.
