The sheriff’s office says they received information that 34-year-old Alexander Pence and 24-year-old Tracy Pence, both of Somerset, struck a two-year-old boy in the face and head multiple times while the toddler was in their care.

The Pences were arrested on charges of criminal abuse. They were taken to the Pulaski County Detention Center on $100,000 cash bonds.
