Shawn D. Sylvester Jr. has died from blunt force trauma. The little man was only 11 months old on Nov 13 2015 when he was rushed to the hospital. He later died from his injuries. Currently there are not any charges for his death.
The odd thing here is his mom's DOM has been charged with 23 counts of child porn and has been in the Grafton County jail in NH. Of course the mother has not been charged for her stupidity yet. I bet he beat the kid while she was at work.

SJ's mother are separated, and that SJ was visiting his mom the day he suffered the deadly injuries.

"It was her visitation time, only second time she took him," Sylvester said.

Sylvester says SJ's mom had just moved in with her boyfriend, Tommy Page, at his Alexandria home.

Friday, Page was arrested and charged with 23 counts of child pornography depicting an infant male.

"I can't talk about the origin and genesis of the investigation," Hinckley said.

Hinckley would not connect SJ's death with the child pornography charges, nor confirm that Page has any relationship to the Sylvester family.
But court documents show that Page is ordered to stay away from Denise and Shawn Sylvester.

"I would like to find all parties responsible and I want them to suffer like he did," Sylvester said. "I just hope he is in a better place."

It read, "How is it we put dogs to sleep for harming a child but these scumbags get to live in jail?"

Although the arrest affidavit has been sealed, the complaints filed by State Police Trooper Matthew Koehler say that at 8 a.m. Nov. 14, Page was arrested in the nearby town of Bristol. Police said they found visual representations of an infant male child engaged in sexually explicit conduct on his cell phone.

Two of the charges note that the infant was “apparently unconscious” at the time the image was made.​

I don't want to pass judgement too harshly on a young grieving (hopefully) mother, especially since her FB comes across as very immature and codependent regarding relationships, but I'm very curious to know why her visits had to be supervised and why she ditched him "most" of the TWO visitations she allegedly had. How could a mother not want to spend 24/7 with that cherub?!

Her FB didn't make me feel terrifically warm and fuzzy about her. Her baby is mentioned close to last in a long description of herself, which includes lines like, "i take pride in my red hair, that falls way beyond my shoulders.. my light skin makes me stand out in the darkness.. and baby blues, one stained with brown.." Typical narcissistic crap.

She does have a photo of her son as her cover photo, but it doesn't mention anywhere that I could find that her child died (other than a photo of 2 babies she posted that she and others commented on - her comment only said "our boys" with a heart). In addition, 90% of her posts are gushing love ballads to whatever her man of the moment was each time. (Nothing wrong with love, but this comes across as needy youthful stupidity IMO.) I didn't see any gushing love ballads to her precious baby.

Plus, her child died horribly just around 5 months ago, yet SHE NEVER REMOVED HER "IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH" AND PHOTO OF THE MONSTER WHO DID THIS! Nor do I see anywhere that she furiously condemned his actions or is mourning for her baby and his horrific suffering. (Maybe I missed something?) On top of that, she updated a sexy-faced selfie just this Tues. Call me crazy, but if I'd gone thru what she has, I couldn't care less about selfies and fucking FB!

Granted, you can't judge someone entirely off their FB page. Maybe she really loved him and was just too terribly immature and/or stupid to play mommy, but all the things I listed strike me as highly suspicious and disturbing... and at the very least in very poor taste.

I agree @carolinablue. His stay was all too short, but he'll be back soon and I pray he's sent to parents that are the polar opposite next time.

Deepest condolences to his biological father and all those who knew and truly loved him. <3 There is nothing under the sun that can explain away such senseless suffering, but I sincerely hope justice is meted out to this monster to the fullest extent possible here on earth!
