First off, I'm not a HILLYBILLY, I was born and raised in Chicago, and I don't threaten people, and as for shooting a gun anybody can learn how to shoot one. when it comes to peoples comments I consider the sources. and I'm far from being a nut case, i graduated college, and I hold down a job, like I said before, I DON'T CONDONE WHAT SHE DID, HOWEVER IT TAKES TWO...I'm gonna stand by my sister no matter what.people do make mistakes, noone is perfect!!!! :argh: I'm curios to find out who sold the gun to them.I'm not on here to trade insults with people my sister is not here to defend herself so, I will:crazy: say what you will, the truth will come out sooner or later.

Just because someone is far from perfect does NOT mean you can SHOOT them. Not even if you are a crazy person and they are pissing you off. It's against the law. Only an idiot would not understand that.

A) She's mentally ill, which many people here have seen first hand that it more than not often only takes one.

B) He's a piece of trash, probably screwing around, he's just as much to blame, he had it coming...or as you summed it: "It takes two"?

I've got to be honest. The whole "He had it coming" thing has a hint of premeditation to it.
 
No matter what Joey did, no matter how big of a louse he is, unless your sister caught him diddling a kid then it was probably a bit excessive to shoot him up. You can stand by your sister and support your sister without being in denial about her guilt. Also, it is pretty distasteful to downplay Joey's suffering by pointing out how he ran for help and was released from the hospital quickly- see, it wasn't a bad shooting, just your everyday inconvenience! I don't need God to tell me what happened- your sister shot someone. Hopefully she realizes that what she did was wrong, she's never going to change her ways by believing that "he had it coming".

Hum, I don't recall saying it was self defense, SOMETHING HAPPENED AND ONLY THE TWO OF THEM KNOW WHY. and remember she's innocent until proven gulity. she goes to court in june and hopefully we'll find out then. I understand she needs help, but unless she wants to help herself, noone else can she's my sister and stubborn as Hell.

Pssst, Moose. this is an internet forum, not a court of law. As a college educated person, I would expect you to be able to discern the not so subtle difference between the two.

Just like you are free to think that your sister has the right to shoot people, I side with the law and think she doesn't. I suspect "crazy as a bed bug" is genetic and your sister will be found incompetent. Next thing you know, you will start spouting bible shit about judging people. That won't fly with me, either.

Ummm, if they were living there "free of charge" how then could it go into foreclosure when they moved?
Just out of curiousity, how long have your parent been deceased and how did they die? Was Margaret around them when it happened?
 
My sister and Joey lived in our parents home. my mom was sick and when she had a stroke margaret could not take care of her, so she was put in a nursing home until she died. all the children got together and had a meeting with margaret and she was told that she could live in the home for 1 year and the other 5 children would send $100.00 dollars each every month for a year, but once the year was up margaret had to get a part time job if she wanted to continue living in the home she had to pay the mortage which was only $179.00 a month ,lights, water, and what ever else feel that she needed. she was on social security and I do not no how much she got, but she met joey and was told he could not live there unless they were gonna pay the bills (they were still in my fathers name and he had been deceased for 8 years) when I found out what was going on I called there and Joey answered the phone prenting to be some one else so, I called the police there and had them to go to the house and find out who was living there that's when i found out he was there, by that time they had let the payments fall behind and margaret and joey NEVER ONCE TOLD ANY OF THE OTHER KIDS it was behind they sold all the antiques that were to be split between the family, and let the house be forclosed on when there was only 2200.00 dollars owed on it. she could have told us we would have paid it had we known but her and Joey were to low down to tell anyone and not only that JOEY WAS STILL GETTING MY SISTERS SOCIAL SECURITY CHECKS WHILE SHE WAS IN JAIL... I HAVE THE LETTER FROM SOCIAL SECURITY TO PROVE THIS SO, I called and told them what he did so now maybe they'll get him for fraud.... according to social security there was 15,000.00 dollars worth of checks depoisted into there account until i had it stopped. and no matter what she did or didn't do there was family heirlooms that idiot kept, me and my boyfriend have a video tape showing my parents belongings in the house Joey and margaret shared. that is why I am sueing him, and I am sure I'll get what rightfully belongs to my family.
