Why isn't the mom being charged with anything for leaving her baby with this cunt? And wtf did ol' Kristy THINK would happen to a baby left in a car for 6½ hours? It says she "went to check on" the infant.. over 6 hours later? So basically seems intentional at that point, no? Murdered the kid yet only charged with "child neglect", but will undoubtedly plead to something lesser and have the animal cruelty charge dropped (always happens in these cases) and probably get probation, if even that. I despise my country and how they don't take any hot car deaths OR animal cruelty seriously, always a slap on the wrist, if at all.
You despise America? That doesn’t sit well with me.

Iron supplements are worth a try. And apparently melatonin can make it worse. My son has RLS as well and putting pressure on the leg with a wrap seems to help a lot. Worth a shot. I hope you find some relief soon. So far nothing has worked for mine, and I have the weird one where the sensations are in my torso. Worst feeling ever.
The thing is, it's sporadic. And the times where the gabapentin seems to backfire are even more sporadic. But thanks for the idea of applying pressure, I haven't tried that before but it seems logical to me. I didn't know that you could get RLS symptoms that targeted your torso! That must be torture, I'm SO sorry!

i do the same and yes Gabapentin for RLS and it doesn't work for me neither as i have lots of sleepless nights and in winter when i can't go out i walk the floor :(
The weird part is the for the most part, it does work for me. It's just the nights when it does the opposite that stink. I think I'm going to try a weighted blanket next. Have you tried anything like that?

Have they tried you on anything like Valium or Xanax? My former best-friend had great success with Valium for her RLS. I'll have to ask bestie again what the medication she was talking about for RLS is. As an RN for 25+ years now, she knows the good stuff to ask for! I could feel her lip curl over the phone when she said "Gabapentin? That shit doesn't work for RLS. You need to ask for _______ " Once I find out what she told me, I'll let you know. ;)

It's not the greatest country by far. I'm not the only one who thinks it sucks, either. You seeming unbothered by all the problems with this place doesn't sit well with me, but not enough to really care.
Your childish knee jerk reaction says you care a lot. You are obviously not the kind of person who can have an adult conversation so I’m done here.

I don't get it. In my early 20's I decided to get together with friends and try something for the first n only time. I didn't take my daughter with me, infact none of us had our kids that night. All our kids were with their grandmas. Being too stoned and being responsible for children at the same time is no-no, bad idea and we knew it. We weren't going to get brain dead stoned like this chick. We stayed up all night playing spades n laffed at anything n everything. Our kids were safe with sober responsible adults.
The mother should be sitting in jail with her friend.
All of this. I don’t smoke my medical cannabis unless my Jacob’s with grandma. I’ll take the severe chronic pain and extra strength Tylenol until it’s my weekend off.

Oh gross, its one of those stupid tongue-sticker-outers.

both pics retarded tho

That baby deserved much better. He looked well-adjusted and happy in the pictures, considering his situation. Someone had been taking care of him.
Well he’s a she so there’s that. But I agree she looked well cared for and happy. Sure the 17 year old single mom could have picked a better babysitter, but it truly looks like she was trying her best. She didn’t have the best role models obviously. And she was trying to further her education. The baby wasn’t neglected or abused before this either.

@GoneWest

I thought the baby was taken well care of as well.

I wonder why or if she did not ask the bio-dads family for assistance (whether he was active or not)?

Investigators say a Yorktown woman is now charged with felony murder for the death of an 11-month-old baby last year.
The York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office said 40-year-old Kristen Danielle Graham left the infant inside a vehicle for several hours on Sept. 12, 2023.

The investigation began when a man in his 80s showed up at the emergency room of Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital in Newport News and notified staff that he had the body of a child in his vehicle, which was parked by the entrance. According to York-Poquoson Sheriff Ron Montgomery, staff members went to the car and found a trash bag with a child inside.
Authorities waited for autopsy results from the Medical Examiner's Office before deciding to charge Graham with murder.

Deputies said Graham turned herself in on Thursday to the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail, where she is currently being held without bond.

The babysitter of a 10-month-old baby girl who died after being stranded in a hot SUV for several hours was sentenced Thursday to 10 years in prison.

Kristen Danielle Graham, 42, was charged with felony homicide and child neglect in the Sept. 12, 2023 death of Myrical Wicker.

Graham apologized and told the court she failed Miracle.
