A Pikeville woman accused of making pornographic images of her 4-year-old daughter to share with her boyfriend has been ordered held without bond.

Christina Brook Mitchell, 29, wanted to be released pending trial, but U.S. Magistrate Judge Edward B. Atkins ruled there was no set of bond conditions that would protect the public.

Mitchell is charged along with Jonathan Edward Manigault, who lives in South Carolina but whose location is not known, according to a court document.

Mitchell, who has three daughters under age 8, told police she and Manigault had been dating about two years.

Police contacted Mitchell at her house in Pikeville in June after receiving a tip that she had photos of her daughter in a sexual pose on her phone.

There was a Facebook Messenger chat on Mitchell’s Apple iPhone that had multiple photos of one of Mitchell’s daughters in a “lewd pose” with her genitals displayed, Atkins said in his order.

The phone also included sexually charged texts between Mitchell and Manigault in which Manigault described what he wanted to do to the children, according to testimony from Hallie East, a special agent with the FBI.

There were allegedly messages between Mitchell and Manigault in which he instructed her on how he would like the children posed for photos.

Mitchell told police Manigault had told her several times that he was sexually interested in the children, Atkins said in his order.

Holy shit, this fucking woman...

I'm thinking about it like this...If I asked me wife to send me pictures of her sister's puss, legal age etc..., she'd rightfully blow a fucking gasket and it would be over. So what the actual fuck...they can't kill this one fast enough for me.

Yeah...and I'm sure the sperm donor is a Nobel Prize winner to boot

I have a 4 year old daughter. If my boyfriend asked for pictures... there would be an article on here about how I hog tied and tortured him for 182 days when he finally died. When I was arrested I would admit that I would have carried on torturing him til the day I died. And the things I did to him would make whoever found him cry and seek psychological help.

A man from South Carolina pleaded guilty to knowingly producing and receiving child pornography, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Kentucky.

Jonathan Edward Manigault, 34, confessed to one count of production of child pornography and one count of knowingly receiving child pornography.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Manigault said he told Christina B. Mitchell to take photographs of a 3-year-old victim engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

Investigators say Manigault provided Mitchell with specific, detailed instructions on what types of explicit photographs to take.

According to the plea agreement, Mitchell transmitted the photographs of the victim to Manigault using the Facebook Messenger application. After receipt, Manigualt had Mitchell agree to produce additional images of underage victims.

Manigault and Mitchell were indicted on Oct. 24, 2018.

Mitchell pleaded guilty to two counts of producing child pornography on Aug. 26, 2019. According to her plea agreement, Mitchell produced sexually explicit images of a 3-year-old and 8-year-old victims.

35 years is still not enough for what she did. Worthless cow, I hope she dies in prison. What about her sick freak BF? I hope he is no longer wasting oxygen.
