Woman in viral racist videos struck by fire dept. truck, 'life-threatening' injuries

That video is painful to see, an insult to my ears! That’s just wretched! I would say she must have a mental health issue. The poor driver of the fire truck! After hearing about her walking in front of a car, I wonder if she did walk in front of the fire truck?
