Tolley apparently found the content on a cellphone he had recently purchased from the teen girl’s ex-boyfriend. Not only did he try to sell the pics, he was kind of gross about it.
The cellphone originally belonged to the teen victim, but after a breakup with her boyfriend last summer, it was left behind with some other belongings.
After scrolling through the pics and videos, Tolley found the girl’s brother in her contacts and started texting him.
“Hey, tell (your sister) I got her old Stylo phone, and I really loved the pictures and videos of her that she had on it,” Tolley reportedly wrote to the boy. “Best kind (you) can get from girls. … Naked ones.”
He continued with…..
“(You) want to see her naked, don’t (you)?” Tolley wrote in the messages, investigators said. “Hey, tell her when she gets tired of not getting stuff she wants, (hit me up) OK.”
Tolley then requested $10 for each of the photos and $30 for each video.
Tolley, 56, has been charged with three counts of possession and viewing of material depicting child sexual conduct and transmitting child pornography. Bail has been set at $35,000.
