Jalil is in the middle

Jalil Wilson was sentenced to 45 days in jail and three years of supervised probation. Wilson reports to jail in May, but if he is able to keep a full-time job for two weeks, the jail sentence will be dropped.
According to the case charges, Wilson's charge of child torture was dropped. He pleaded guilty to false imprisonment with intentional restraints.

As reported, a video showed a child bound with duct tape and Wilson in a clown mask scaring the child and dragging him across the floor.

Joseline Gundersen and Atzavesta Williams were also charged in this case. Gundersen was sentenced to three days in jail and three years of supervised probation.

Williams is still being charged with child torture.

Does the abused child have to go back to them? Oh Dear! What a harsh sentence!! No one ever said!!! This can only be given a scrap of fairness if his cell mates are allowed to tape his hands and feet and drag him until he’s scuffed up!

These are from other news sources....

Joseline Puente Gundersen, 20, is accused of showing coworkers a video of a child with duct tape binding his wrists to his ankles and covering his mouth, in late July.
According to court documents, Gundersen allegedly told her coworkers they would think the video, which showed the three-year-old boy bound with the tape, was funny.

Court documents allege that one video showed the child screaming while sitting in a chair, with Gundersen laughing in the background.
A second video allegedly showed two older individuals — one of whom pulled the child out of a closet, and one of whom was still in the closet, wearing a creepy clown mask and covered in a blanket.

During the second video, the person who pulled the child out of the closet allegedly pulled him back toward the clown, then picked him up and swung him into the clown in an attempt to scare him.
Gundersen’s place of work contacted Winona law enforcement, who spoke to Gundersen, who said placing tape on the child was a form of punishment.

She admitted to recording the videos and posting them on Snapchat around noon July 28.

The child’s parent was allegedly unaware of the incident when contacted by police.

The criminal complaint says the victim and their mother had been living with Gundersen. Authorities also say the mother was home at the time the videos were taken, but she wasn’t aware of the incident.

The two men were acquaintances of Gundersen not the mother of the child.
