The US will resume sharing intelligence with Ukraine and end its pause on military aid to the eastern European country after successful talks in Saudi Arabia Tuesday resulted in Kyiv accepting a Washington proposal to enact “an immediate, interim 30-day cease-fire,” the two nations announced in a joint statement on Tuesday.

Though Kyiv agreed to the Trump administration’s proposal, officials in Moscow were already signaling the agreement was a non-starter.

“Ukraine expressed readiness to accept the US proposal to enact an immediate, interim 30-day ceasefire, which can be extended by mutual agreement of the parties, and which is subject to acceptance and concurrent implementation by the Russian Federation,” according to the statement. “The United States will communicate to Russia that Russian reciprocity is the key to achieving peace.”

He wants a piece of this and a piece of that!
Exactly.
First he said Crimea was Ukraine and there was no need to take it - then he sent his little green men.
Then, he wasn't sending soldiers to Donbas - then active Russian soldiers were found dead and Russian mothers were screaming about their sons disappearing.
Then, there was no intent for a full scale invasion, the US was fear mongering - then he invaded.
But wait! They're only going to help DNR & LPR be independent and there would be NO long term occupation of any territory - then in Sept '22 he annexed 4 oblasts, based on "votes of the people" when to this day Russian forces do not occupy all of the land he claims voted to join.

Putin is laughing. And he is doing it in our faces.

Don't forget, NATO is pushing his border from all sides, we wouldn't want Canada and Mexico on our border if they were to become Russian, we certainly had issues with Russian rockets in cuba
Fun to look at the situation from USA, UK and EU viewpoint, but Russia has a point

Many predicted Nato expansion would lead to war. Those warnings were ignored

Ukraine: the history behind Russia’s claim that Nato promised not to expand to the east

The main issue highlighted by the crisis on the Ukraine borders over the past few months has predominantly focused on the role of Nato and the friction over the eastward expansion of the alliance. This has been a constant message emerging from the Kremlin: that the Nato membership of many parts of the old Soviet Bloc, and the prospective membership of Ukraine to the alliance, poses a threat to Russian sovereignty.
There was, he said, no promise not to enlarge the alliance, though in the same interview Gorbachev also stated that he thinks that enlargement was a “big mistake” and “a violation of the spirit of the statements and assurances made” in 1990.

Russia is at war with Germany, or the bomb I just have seen was just for lolz.

Sorry, it's 4 am here and not a single news outlet says anything about what I just have seen

EDIT :I went to smoke few minutes ago, the fucking whole sky illuminated and I have no fucking idea what was that, but as usual, I blame Russia

At this point in time, I could believe that.
I postponed explaining myself for long enough, it were fireworks and I was half asleep lol.

But the only recent article about Russia and Germany I could find was this one warning about the consequences of giving Ukraine weapons against them.

I also watched a video from that huge explosion in Beirut before going to bed, so that might have influenced my opinion xD
