This is insane! Just look at these photos! This is supposed to be AOC's turf.

Former President Donald Trump promised Thursday evening to “make New York City great again” during a raucous rally in the South Bronx, his first major campaign event in the state of his birth since 2016.

“This is some turnout,” Trump told a rowdy crowd in Crotona Park. “We have thousands of people outside the gate.”

The event was permitted to host up to 3,500 people, but thousands more gathered outside security checkpoints in the 127.5-acre public park in the hope of catching a glimpse of the 45th president or a snatch of his remarks.

Trump campaign senior adviser Chris LaCivita claimed to The Post that 20,000 people had RSVPed to the event, thought no immediate crowd estimate was made available by the NYPD.

In his remarks, the presumptive GOP presidential nominee lamented that “Joe Biden is not getting the job done for the Bronx” and “not getting the job done for New York.”

“Our subways are squalid and unsafe, the ceiling tiles are falling down, and they look worse than a Third World country,” continued Trump, 77. “The medians of our highways are crumbling, our sidewalks are littered with garbage bottles and trash.

“But worst of all are the discarded needles from people that so desperately are in need of help,” he went on.

“And we have mobs of migrants fighting our police officers and giving America the middle finger,
but we are not going to let this continue,” Trump declared.

“Joe Biden is the worst president in the history of our country,” the former president added later in his remarks. “He has no sense – doesn’t know what he’s doing, is grossly incompetent.”

I recognize the man at the bottom, who was in this music video that went viral last year to coincide with chain store Target's awful pride-based PR.

As for Trump, I can really feel that he is regaining a lot of respect in the United States. I thought it was lost forever around January 6, but he just keeps surmounting those who underpredict him, myself included.

Trump's rally today was on a turf whose Democrat governor remarks that many of her non-white citizens "don't even know what a computer is". That's some pretty severe disrespect coming from the top. AOC is a polarizing figure for mostly cheap and superficial reasons; a braggart whose only political qualities, boiled down, are narcissistic bluster borne of identity politics and victimhood points. And Biden... hey, he's going to keep on Bidening, then forget he even Bidened the next time he speaks gibberish into a microphone.

The Biden Presidency is perhaps one of the best things to happen to Trump's reputation. If the Democrats had a strong, charismatic personality in office whose health and mental faculties were not such a concern, and who wasn't such a laughingstock that many citizens wonder about what good he has done recently, then perhaps the USA would not be in a position of a Trump renaissance. (Side note: Are you kidding about those hotel junk fees, Biden?) Even then, maybe. But, while Trump is still polarizing, and I can't ignore the hush money trials at the moment, I do feel that not only is there more widespread respect for him this time than there was even during his first campaign and first term, but that he has the best chances of winning at the moment.

Biden is someone who is laughed at. But Trump is someone to laugh with. If you look at the below video, you can observe that his own comedic timing is perfect, in response to the rogue podium that gallingly wobbled in his face mid-rally:

And the media loves saying how racist Trump is. The people talking with him below don't think so.

Trump is making genuine connections with these constituents. The Democrats really should notice that Trump, even after all this time, is still attracting tremendous, fantastic, amazing crowds, the biggest crowds I've ever seen, believe me. Because, regardless of what is true, the way it appears is that Trump has the citizens' backs in ways that the current administration does not.

I've criticized Trump in the past, sometimes even strongly; but who is out there being a passionate Biden supporter? Such a viewpoint has only become more taboo as his presidency has continued; while fondness of Trump, at least to me, has become less taboo. Biden just does not have even close to that galvanizing magnetism that Trump does, and that statement doesn't even comment on how his presidency has gone.

Watch out Democrat Party. If Trump beats your candidate again, you only have yourselves to blame.

Trump came to NH in Dec, rally was held at the Whittamore center which holds 7,500 people.. the arena was almost full, he came to Windham highschool, hold over 700 they had to turn away over 400... Biden came last week to a VFW... there were at least 30 times more people outside with Trump signs then there were Biden supporters in the building, which was all of like 20 lmao ..

“As democracy is perfected, the office of president represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.” ― H. L. Mencken, On Politics: A Carnival of Buncombe

The democrats wanted someone they could control, but that control needed to be something that was not blatant and obvious, and the control of Biden is both obvious and blatant. Like when he has to be led by his wife on and off the stage or else he gets lost.

You can tell that nobody controls Trump, he says and does whatever he wants which is good, but sometimes he needs to be reined in.
