I've found a common pattern in who he goes after. He seems to find girls who are bi-polar or autistic. Girls with low self-esteem. In addition to seeking out minors, he creates fake lovers. One he even claimed was his half-sister. He posts photos of them yet you never see any photos with them together. He's delusional. I actually made a film about this guy. It's been my life work to expose him. Why? Because even though he's a loser and a joke, he's still dangerous.

He has a criminal history of threatening a judge, the president, and stalking an ex-girlfriend. However, his worst crimes deal with messing around with teenage girls. I have a link that shows all his past crimes. Things like harassing a 16-year old Minnestoa girl because she wouldn't date him. He also helped another 16-year old run away from her parents. They were held up at a motel for over a week. He claimed she was his bride-to-be. He currently is in trouble for going two hours out of his way to meet a 15-year old girl down in Florida at a park nearby her location. He has publicly admitted to being intimate with her and claimed she was also his bride. He also expressed wanting to get her pregnant as soon as she's 16. Once the parents found out, he threatened them and the investigator on the case. A court hearing is set for June 4th for a protection order for the girl and her family. He also has another warrant outside his residential county, but the sheriff wouldn't say what for.
Please check out this site and help spread awareness against this creep. Another arrest is possibly looming but the investigators are wanting to build a stronger case.

The rule that is being referenced was created during a time when there were 15 active crime sites during the Caylee Anthony case - 98 percent of them being pure shit and full of rumors. We just didn't want a site full of rumors posted as fact and competing crime blogs harshing our buzz.
The rule still stands, although we are pretty much the only crime site left, but this was a bit different. This was an abandoned story on DD and it looks as if Richard has done a LOT of research into the case and has a very informative site dedicated to the character. Personally, I have no issues with a link to his blog being posted as that's all his blog is about.
I went ahead and merged the thread into this one, although I don't normally like reviving old threads, but there was a lot of information in the original thread that goes along with the info Richard has compiled over the years.

We truly are a great group of people that would be a great addition to any formal dinner party. Aside from @Jaded. She's a mess.

Sounds good to me, Morbid. I can currently tell you that Sharkey is in the process of being served to have a protection order placed on him. Sadly, I don't have a link because the media isn't reporting on it. At least not yet. The hearing is on June 4th. In addition, the girl's computer has been taken to be analyzed. They have a decent case against him but they are looking for the grooming process. Sharkey seems to think his actions are acceptable and doesn't see a problem. Once more information has come to light, I will update.
I do have one question if that's okay. If the media isn't reporting or police haven't updated their online records, should I not report the case even though Sharkey has a multi-media and arrest history? I don't see anything on the rules regarding that.

Perhaps, hopefully the others will want to bury the hatchet. Thank you for your kind response though. I'm doing what I can to help put Sharkey behind bars. He keeps getting away with the same crap every time and the only thing that changes is the place and time. I've been following his footsteps for over seven years. Thing is, he gets out of the limelight and when he does something bad, it's rarely ever reported any more. If they do report anything, it's him running for president so it can be added into a goofy piece on a slow news week. I actually met the sicko before. I don't wanna say where, how, or why because I don't want to sound like I'm advertising. Just know I'm doing everything, on my end, to place the right light on his schemes.

Well, I'm against all child/teen predators, but it's kinda difficult to do anything about them all if you don't know them or what they're doing. With Sharkey, his case is odd because he keeps getting away with severe jail time. Like the two years he was going to serve for threatening to kill a judge and his family -- he was supposed to get 2 years, but an agreement was made that he can walk out a free man if he promised not to return to Indiana for a year and never contact the judge and his family. They did this after knowing he was in a trial for threatening a 16-year old and her family. This wasn't a one time offense. They also knew he kept violating protection orders when he continued to stalk his ex-girlfriend from a previous case. I know and met this guy. It was fun and games at first. Exposing a guy for a fake and liar, but it became more real as these cases continued to pile up. Talking and seeing the pain from the families first hand can have that influence. I've known him long enough to know what makes him tick. That is either a good skill to have or just a sad one at this point. His wrap sheet goes beyond kids. He thinks it's funny to send pictures of people in their houses and use it as intimidation. This based on information given to me by the families. Sadly,I don't have a link for that so it's either you buy what I'm saying or you don't. That's up to the readers. If anyone wants to know more. Well, he's in the process of being served. I'm not sure if he got served yet but it should be any day now. The court hearing for the protection order is set on June 4th. In the meantime, the IT guys are checking the girl's computer and cell phone. Since he admitted to kissing her and wanting to get her pregnant, they are going to see if they can find a grooming method that most pedophiles use. If they find more, he will be arrested. They could arrest him now based on the info that he admitted on his facebook, but the police want to build the strongest case possible. If they don't get it right the first time, they can't retry him for the same case. Double Jeopardy and all that.
He's famous for not showing up at hearings, but we'll see how it plays out.
