Teen Thinks His Dogs Has Rabies Allegedly, So He Shoots Him In Face Since He Had No Time For The Vet!

An 18-year-old man from Missouri called Harley W. Mobley has been charged abusing animal after shooting his pet in the face.

The charging documents said that he intentionally or purposely caused injury to his dog. He said that he shot the pit bull mix as signs of rabies started appearing on her, and he had no time to take her to the veterinarian!
