A teenage illegal migrant has been found guilty of groping female classmates at their Virginia high school after more than a dozen girls came forward to report his sick behavior, according to reports.

Israel Flores Ortiz, 18, was found guilty of nine counts of misdemeanor assault and battery for inappropriately touching his female peers at Fairfax City High School earlier this year, local news outlet WUSA 9 reported.

In the days after his March 7 arrest for nine assaults on campus, the undocumented El Salvador native was slapped with four additional charges as more victims came forward, according to the outlet.

A total of 12 girls recounted the creep’s predatory behavior for a juvenile district court judge this week, while a 13th case was dismissed for undisclosed reasons.

School surveillance footage played inside the courtroom showed the moments Flores Ortiz assaulted the girls, WUSA 9 reported.

Flores Ortiz – who entered the US illegally in 2024, according to the Department of Homeland Security – faces a maximum penalty of six months behind bars on each count.

DHS has placed a detainer on Flores Ortiz and said “ICE stands ready to take him into custody and deport” him if he’s released.

“We are calling on Fairfax County to honor our detainer to ensure this violent criminal is removed from our country so he can never claim another victim again,” the department previously told Fox 5.

She lied about who she really is for one, and for another, her rabid hatred of DJT or the GOP is seriously pathological. Politics were NEVER meant to be as important as the DNC (and Spanberger) allows them to be. And that's coming from a dyed in the wool Republican that seriously cannot remember a time when I didn't think Democrats were off their rocker. I mean come on, if your six year old is yelling at the TV about what a moron Jimmy Carter is, you have a political junkie on your hands to raise. An illegal immigrant convicted of groping girls at Fairfax High School was sentenced to 360 days behind bars with two years probation.

However, the judge reduced the effective sentence, and with credit for time served, Israel Flores Ortiz is expected to serve approximately 140 days in custody.

Earlier this month, Flores Ortiz was found guilty of nine counts of assault. Prosecutors said the soon-to-be 19-year-old junior groped multiple students in the hallway.

He originally faced up to nine years behind bars.

The court also heard a letter from one of the victims, who wrote that the case was not about immigration status, but about “a bad person who hurt her and her classmates.” She said the experience has left her living in fear and struggling mentally.

Defense attorneys argued the conduct should be viewed as immature behavior rather than sexual gratification, characterizing the incidents as pranks.

The defense also alleged that federal agencies “exploited” the case due to Flores Ortiz’s legal status in the United States.

Before sentencing, Flores Ortiz addressed the court in Spanish, apologizing to the victims and their families, saying, “I hurt them,” and also apologizing to his parents.

Fairfax County prosecutor Steve Descano also spoke after the sentencing, saying his office went forward with the case because it involved "somebody who systematically assaulted a group of young girls in schools, which we, of course, find unacceptable."

Descano said he was happy with the sentence that Flores Ortiz received.

This male is a predator and needs to be deported - he will go on to sexually assault other women, I have no doubt on that.

I hate that a victim had to explain herself to the people who puts these illegal criminals first.

The prosecutor should not be proud of the outcome in this case.
