CSD sometimes has funds to use towards getting into a new place. They helped me once with the deposit and first months rent to get out of a situation like your sons. Tell him to ask his caseworker if they could help him keep the baby safe. Good luck.

Wow. She entered a best interest plea and was allowed to walk out of jail. Murder charges were dropped and she pleaded to voluntary manslaughter, sentenced to 5 years.

With time served, this is over.

She does look the part of bat shit crazy. It will be interesting to hear how this one plays out. Why is it these people never take the baby to a safe place and then disappear? Leave a note saying, "The baby is with the nuns. Please don't look for me. I'm sorry. I just couldn't do it any more." Then light out for the beaches of Florida where the rest of the scary folks are. Yeah, I'm judging. You bet your ass I am. People like this should be turned into dog and cat food.

Thank you very much...the situation is still very tense. I am not sure she is getting the appropriate help as things still sound pretty rough. Things calmed when she was in jail...but since she got out I know he's packed his and his son's belongings to move out...on her order...then she begged him not to go. He's told me he can't do crazy. He feels stuck and doesn't want to leave his daughter in that situation...but feels stuck becuz he can't work and take care of an infant and he's the single parent of an 8 yr old. He has no family there. He moved to her town hours away from where he has friends. He is trying figure out what to do next. I told him I'm terrified for him. That he needs to remove both kids from the situation. CPS is involved. He has no where to go...they have 5 kids between them stuck in this situation too. Its really a mess. He doesn't have the money to find a new place to rent for him and the kids....to get out of the situation. He has no one to help him. He is trying to save money...but she steals from him. She went into his pocket while he was sleeping...he's been keeping his money on him at all times....and stole money the other day.

I told him he may have to go to a shelter to save his and the kids lives. But he is a man and will not make that choice. He said she's brought him to his knees the situation is that bad. Thanks for listening as I bare my soul here. I'm scared for him. Afraid she will try to kill him in his sleep. I told him that too. When I found out he and his son had to go back there the other nite cuz he didn't have anywhere else to go and his son has to be in school....I started shaking. I wish I had the funds to give him for a new place to live but I don't. What a mess!!
