The Lebanon County District Attorney is charging a woman for sexually assaulting two children, calling the actions "heinous" and that the woman is worthy of "rotting in prison."
Katherine Longo was charged on October 29 after police received an allegation of potential child abuse via a Childline Referral. Police said forensic interviews with two child victims revealed allegations of graphic sexual abuse over the course of multiple years at the hands of Longo.
One of the victims, a male minor, reportedly told police that Longo began molesting and raping him when he was six-years-old. Police said Longo forced him to perform many different sexual acts. The victim said the assaults escalated as he grew older and matured, according to the DA's office.
A second victim alleged that Longo began molesting and assaulting her at five-years-old. There were instances where Longo allegedly used sex toys, causing the victim physical pain, among other sexually abusive acts.
Longo also abused the victims together, according to the DA. She's accused of removing their clothing, forcing them to watch pornography, and have sex with each other. Longo allegedly demonstrated the sexual acts she wanted the children to perform on one another, then force them act out those instances, police said. Longo is also accused of raping one of the children and forcing the other to watch.
