The dismembered body of a popular rap singer was found in his flat in Russia after his wife reportedly chopped up his body and cleaned his organs in a washing machine and sprinkled them with salt.

Known as Andy Cartwright, 30, his wife claimed he had died of a drug overdose in St Petersburg.

Marina Kukhal, 36, told detectives that she did not want his fans to know he had died such an 'inglorious' death - and dismembered his body over four days storing body parts in black plastic bags and her fridge.

The limbs were reportedly sawn 'perfectly' and the body parts sprinkled with salt.

The couple's two year old child was in the same flat as she severed the singer's body parts, it was reported.

Russian police say they have opened a murder probe into the death of the star, whose real name was Alexander Yushko, originally from Ukraine.

Today, new shocking claims reported by BAZA news outlet suggested the rapper's internal organs were cleaned in a washing machine by his wife after the body was dismembered.

The limbs were sawn 'perfectly' and the body parts sprinkled with salt.

In addition, the investigators found traces of male hands on one of the forearms, as if the victim had been grabbed, said a report citing unnamed law enforcement sources.

The widow had also thoroughly cleaned their apartment on main street Nevsky Prospect in St Petersburg, it was reported.

The man's friends said he had alcohol problems but did not take drugs.

Reports also claimed that the woman's mother had assisted her at the apartment.

The woman's lawyer Irina Skurtu - who had urged the wife to go to police over the dismembering - denied reports that she put body parts in the washing machine.

The widow was detained. She is expected to undergo a polygraph test as part of the murder probe. She claimed she found a syringe next to his body.

He had become addicted to hard drugs during the pandemic, she told his fans on social media.

Forensic tests are underway in an attempt to establish the cause of death.

It takes a particular type of person to be able to do that..
I don't think I could clip the fingernails of a deceased loved one.

IDK about after they've passed, but I manicured my uncle's nails the day before he passed, while he was comatose in hospice.
The men in my family have always been very proud about keeping their nail beds clean and their nails well groomed, when I saw that his were rather too long, and had some dirt under the nail beds, his main hospice nurse helped me to soak each hand, then gently clean the nail beds, and (because guitar) I always have both clippers and a nail file with me, I trimmed then filed his nails smooth, the applied hand lotion to soften his skin.
I did this, knowing he would be embarrassed to be seen with long dirty nails.
My aunt was at the funeral home making arrangements, so it was just the nurse, my uncle and myself there, when the nurse told me, "That is a very loving thing you are doing." I broke down in tears.
When my aunt returned she spoke loudly into my uncle's ear (he was very hard of hearing) and told him, "Jon, Lee's just given you a manicure, and your hands and nails look wonderful!".
It was, other than just being there for them both, the last thing I could do for him to somehow let him know how much I loved him.

But dismembering a human is unfathomable to me. I never worked in a funeral home (or a morgue), as some in the family did, because even the thought of having to break rigor makes me somewhat ill.
This woman and her mother are monsters; they, and others like them stain all that it means to be "human".

Marina Kokhal, 41, was sentenced to 12 and a half years in prison, for hacking her partner’s corpse and shoving his body parts in a washing machine.
Andy Cartwright, whose real name is Alexander Yushko, was killed in 2021 from a suspected insulin injection.

Kokhal quickly became the primary suspect and was accused by detectives of “drinking her dead husband’s blood and having sex with his corpse”.

It was also alleged the woman put his body parts in bins and fed his fingers to rats.
She later admitted to dismembering Cartwright’s body with a knife and hacksaw, then storing his limbs in her fridge or running them on a long cycle in her washing machine.
Kokhal collapsed and required medical attention in a Russian courtroom when the sentence was delivered.
Prosecutors accused her of committing “the perfect murder” and she was convicted despite four separate expert examinations failing to prove she was the killer.

One test, however, found evidence the husband was still alive when the dismembering began.

It began “a few minutes, dozens of minutes before death,” the assessment said.

She is even sicker than anyone ever thought she could be, dismembering him before he even died, drinking his blood, sex with his corpse, feeding his fingers to rats, she is one sick ass, less than human individual.
