Court documents state that Ashely Holt was charged by the Dallas County Prosecutor with felony statutory sodomy/attempted statutory sodomy and first-degree kidnapping – facilitating a felony.
According to the probable cause statement, the victim was sleeping in a tent with Holt between midnight and 1:30 a.m. when Holt restrained the victim, preventing him from running away and potentially causing serious injuries.
The probable cause statement says Holt then engaged in sexual assault against him, with the interaction lasting around five minutes.
The victim’s adult mother was sleeping in a tent a few feet away from the incident. The mother and Ashely got into an altercation earlier that day after Ashely attempted to have sexual interactions with the mother’s boyfriend.
DCSO says after receiving information about the incident, detectives quickly launched an investigation and arrested Holt.
