A fight has left one girl hospitalized in critical condition and another facing criminal charges.

During the fight one girl is knocked to the ground and the other female climbs on top of her and slams her head on the concrete multiple times.

The 15-year-old suspect is currently being held on assault charges.

Missouri's Attorney General has called on the alleged attacker to be "tried as an adult" as he slammed the "evil" acts that took place on March 8. On Sunday, sharing the announcement that the suspect had been arrested, Missouri's 44th Attorney General posted on his X account: "This evil and complete disregard for human life has no place in Missouri, or anywhere. I am praying for the victim. The criminal should be charged and tried as an adult. If the victim dies, that offense should rise to a homicide."

Everyone involved in the fight needs to be charged - even the girl currently in the hospital if she recovers.

These kids of today need to be held accountable for their actions.

Maurnice is not a newbie to slamming someone's head on ground - this needs to be last time she engages in this behavior.

Some are saying the victim was just as responsible and I will say until she was incapacitated yes she was.

But once it was clear she was not fighting back the aggressor should have stopped.

Let me also say the races of the participants and even their genders should not even be a concern to anyone - their conduct should.

Kaylee Gain’s school pushed DEI over safety, has ‘enormous culpability’ in teen’s vicious beating: Mo. AG

The Missouri high school near where teen Kaylee Gain was horrifically injured last week had an “enormous amount of culpability” in the incident because it promoted diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives over student safety, the state’s Republican attorney general claimed.

“I think the school has an enormous amount of culpability. Look at their statement; there’s no moral clarity there. They don’t mention the victim once,” AG Andrew Bailey told Newsmax’s “National Report” of the Hazelwood School District.

Hazelwood East, Bailey argued, was partly to blame for Gain’s condition because it emphasized “radical DEI programs” in 2021 “in place of school safety.”

“In other words, [the school] are more in favor of racial divisiveness than in having school resource officers on their campuses,” Bailey insisted.

Family of girl charged in brutal Kaylee Gain beating claims she’s the real victim, starts fundraiser

The family of the Missouri girl who has been charged with beating 16-year-old Kaylee Gain into unconsciousness says she is the real victim and had been “bullied” before the caught-on-video assault.

The 15-year-old’s aunt told Daily Mail that her niece — described as an honor student at Hazelwood East High School — was defending herself during the viral March 8 fight in Spanish Lakes, Missouri.

The accused attacker’s loved ones are asking people to show “compassion” for the teen and are seeking $150,000 in donations toward her legal defense.

Kaylee Gain ‘stable,’ breathing on her own 2 weeks after vicious caught-on-video beating by classmate

Missouri teenager Kaylee Gain is breathing on her own two weeks after she was mercilessly beaten, with her head repeatedly pounded on pavement, and left in a coma following a disturbing caught-on-video fight with another girl.

Gain, 16, is in a “stable” condition and has moved out of the ICU, her family wrote on GoFundMe Friday.

It is unclear if she is still in a coma. The Post has reached out to her family for comment.

“We are truly blessed by the outpouring of support and your prayers. It means so much to us!” a family member wrote.

The St. Louis teen was left with life-threatening injuries after the assault by the other student, who is not being named due to her being a minor, on March 8 in Spanish Lakes.

Until verified this is alleged -

Recorded cellphone video shows onlookers addressing, ‘Kaylee’, as a heavyset black girl (believed to be Maurnice DeClue) is pummelled by her aggressor.

Read a post with the attached video: ‘Another sweet angel was taken by a black demon #KayleeGain had never laid a finger on anyone ever. She was nothing more than a victim she would never have laid a hand on anyone ever.’
Wrote another commentator with the attached video from another angle: ‘Here is video of Kaylee Gain beating up another girl at her school. I have spoken to several people close to this case and they are telling me Kaylee (and her crew) is a known bully and she has a reputation for allegedly jumping other girls.’
Commentators in the thread (this author can not validate the factuality of alleged events and actions, only seek to share what many others who claim to know both young women have observed and stated in community threads) alluded to the two girls having been embroiled in an ongoing feud and that DeClue in her own mind may have felt vindicated to overwhelm Kaylee Gaines to the point of repeatedly smashing the girl’s head on the floor. Action which presumably no rational individual could ever condone, irrespective of the perceived slight and ‘public humiliation’ felt at school.
Wrote one commentator: ‘Don’t know if this is true and that girl did not deserve to be beaten like that but people are saying her along with others jumped that black young lady and had been bullying her, is it any truth to that because let’s not make it seem like she was just attacked out of nowhere, what happened from the beginning?’
Stated another commentator: ‘Kaylee beat the same girl up & humiliated her in public & online via posting this online . I’m sure the other girl had felt a huge sense of embarrassment & humilation plus her physical injuries inflicted on her by Kaylee. She wanted revenge for being bullied and got it, obviously emotional and probably scared she got carried away.’

This is allegedly her mother

If this girl Kaylee is a bully then sorry not sorry, she got what she deserved, it was only a matter of time before Kaylee did the same to some other person. At least now it's gonna be a while before she hits and humiliates somebody else.

I hate a fucking bully with the heat of a thousand suns!!!

I "feel" that girls can be more vicious and their get back is always extreme.

If that was Kaylee's mother she needs to be charged with delinquency of a minor and what ever other charges that can be levied against her.

Kaylee may never fully recover and be left with some sort of brain damage so she may never remember what exactly happened and how she and her mother may have contributed to it.

It's "good" that bully's get their skull smashed in?? What the fucking fuck? Killing bullies is some straight up fucked up Columbine shit. Grow the fuck up. These comments are disgusting!
I’m sorry. I may be a bit biased because I was heavily bullied, and had to beat ass like that, since the school would do nothing about it. No one deserves their skull smashed in and lifetime disability from brain damage; a severe ass whooping, sans smashing one’s skull in would’ve sufficed. But I stand on what I said. Kaylee got everything she had coming to her if she’s the bully. She either will think twice before bullying anyone, or will never bully anyone else again. Either way, she got humbled. It shouldn’t have been at the cost of a shattered skull, brain damage and lifetime disability. But that’s what can and will happen if you’re a bully.
