Sentenced: High School Cafeteria Worker Charged With Raping Minor Student

The Pawnee County Sheriff's Office arrested a man on Feb. 3 who is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old student in the school bathroom during lunch period.

According to the affidavit, the boy went to the sheriff's office on Feb. 1 to report the sexual relationship with the man, identified as 24-year-old Quinton Griesel.

The affidavit says Griesel and the student met on an app called Grindr.

According to the affidavit, Griesel worked for the food service company that provides meals for Pawnee Public Schools and after he finished serving meals during lunch break, he and the student met in the bathroom.

A search of the boy's phone revealed conversations that indicated he and Griesel understood the relationship was illegal. Griesel was booked into the Pawnee County Jail for sodomy, second-degree rape, and lewd acts to a child under 16.
