Sentenced: Dearld Peal & Tracy Price Beat 18-year-old To Death Because Daughter Asked Them To

An Oklahoma dad beat his daughter’s abusive boyfriend to death at the request of the young girl, Tulsa Police said.

The boyfriend, Anthony Pietrzak, 18, was found beaten to death and hogtied early Thursday near the home he lived in with his girlfriend outside Tulsa.

Dearld Peal, 46, and Tracy Price, 40, were arrested Wednesday on kidnapping charges, and first-degree murder charges were added against each man after Pietrzak’s body was found.

Peal, the father of Pietrzak’s girlfriend, was asked by his daughter to beat up Pietrzak because he had been beating her, Officer Jeanne Mackenzie said. It’s not clear how or why Price may have been involved.

“She got these…individuals to beat up her boyfriend because she alleged he was beating on her,” MacKenzie said.

Peal reportedly told Pietrzak “that he would never be able to hurt his daughter again,” according to the affidavit.

Peal told police he was not there when the homicide occurred, Tulsa World reported.

An anonymous caller told police Tuesday a man known only as “Anthony” had been killed and dismembered.

A witness told detectives they watched a man being beaten, hogtied and thrown in the back of a pickup truck outside of the victim’s home in north Tulsa, said Sgt. Dave Walker, the head of the department’s homicide division.

“It’s very horrific,” MacKenzie said. “Just beating someone to death, there’s no other way to describe it.”

The name of the girlfriend was not released by police and she has not been charged.

I also question the extent of the girl's role. First, these guys are losers and at least stupid enough to have gotten what appears to be a great chance of getting what they deserve and hopefully forever barred from life outside prison. I hate abuse and can't deny I'd kill a person without future regret if I am ever witness to active abuse/attack against my child. Active abuse, and it would not be cold blooded torture. That's evil and deserves punishment tho i could certainly understand the rage and impulse st any point if my girl told me she's being hurt.

So no excuse and no scenario could give these guys anything less than a label of murderers.

But... Was the girl ever really abused? Was this an excuse given by the assholes? Were they just pissed at perceived insult to the girl because she came home crying one night and somehow these cretins thought he'd hurt her? Is she a vindictive little bitch just following in her dad's example and set the fuck turds on her befriend because she was pissed and a drama queen? Did she say this in a joking or non serious way as she poured out a normal sad young love story to her unstable father?

Or again, is she attempting to live a normal life despite the severe dad handicap she has?force to live with/around him but never even spoke to the deadbeat dad who simply whines about how hard the world can be to lazy, stupid, disgusting people like he and his buddy?

If she indeed knowingly set out to sic these idiots on the victim she is guilty as well. But it is also likely that her dad again is brutally showing how to twist his kids up and using her as excuse.

Just an update - All were charged with Murder 1. The first one fell today - Tracy Price was found guilty and sentencing will be the 18th.

Dear daddy Dearld goes before the man next week for a trial date.

A Tulsa County jury recommended life without parole for one of three men charged with kidnapping an 18-year-old and causing him to strangle himself to death after hearing he assaulted the daughter of one of the defendants.

Jurors deliberated for about two hours Thursday afternoon before finding 42-year-old Tracy Gene Price of Mannford guilty of first-degree felony murder in the Sept. 22, 2017, death of Anthony Pietrzak. In addition to the life without parole recommendation, the jury recommended Price spend 30 years in prison for his role in having Pietrzak hogtied and disposed of in the 2000 block of North Yale Avenue, where authorities found his body about a week later.
Dearld Peal, whose daughter had a relationship with Pietrzak, will appear in court Monday to receive a trial date. Wesley White, the third defendant, testified against Price on Wednesday and has a court date set for Dec. 17.

In a horrific axis effort of malice and gutless cruelty, three men beat, strangled, and murdered an 18-year-old and left his body in a large field back in 2017. The case of Anthony Pietrzak and the three Tulsa, Oklahoma men that killed him is a difficult one to absorb as the grisly details pile up. According to News On 6, Tracy Price, Wesley White, and Derald Peal abducted Pietrzak and took him to a dark plot of land far removed from any potential witnesses. They then proceeded to savagely beat and choke him before binding him in a hogtie and leaving him alone to die. Pietrzak would later perish as a result of severe injury and prolonged isolation.

Still, medical personnel determined that Mr. Pietrzak suffered a great deal prior to his eventual death." Pietrzak died hours after being abandoned as a result of "self-strangulation." His assailants had bound his feet, hands, and neck. They also attached the rope around his neck to his foot constraints, keeping him in a state of perpetual strangulation.

According to News on 6, the men attacked the teen because they believed he was abusing Peal's daughter, whom he was dating and who was pregnant. Alternately, Pietrzak's family claimed that it was the daughter that was the abuser in the relationship. Whatever the truth of the matter may be, Derald Peal took it upon himself to interpret and deliver justice on his own terms, leaving a young man viciously slain and abandoned in the process. Wesley Price later stated in court that Peal asked him and Price to help him hurt Pietrzak and the three men held him against a fence and bound him in the hog-tie that would slowly kill him, as Metro 50 reports.

Per the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, Tracy Price is serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole. Dearle Peal was convicted of manslaughter in the first degree and is serving a 12-year sentence to be followed by one year of probation. Wesley White, who testified against Price, according to Tulsa World, was convicted of kidnapping and assault charges but died in January 2022.
