Sentenced: 27YO Facing 25 Child Porn, 2 Bestiality Indictments In Franklin County

27-year-old Luther Henry Wagner was indicted on June 3 on 25 charges of possessing child pornography and 2 charges of sexual abuse of an animal.

According to officials, he was actually arrested back on March 24 after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children tipped off FCSO that Wagner may have child porn.

Deputies said they investigated further from there and executed search warrants and charged him with the child porn and bestiality charges. He has been incarcerated since his arrest, deputies said, and on June 3 he was indicted on all the charges.
