32-year-old Kentral Pleas was charged with sexual battery and sexual exploitation of a minor after he fondled the breast of a 13-year-old girl and asked her to have sex with him, per report.

On June 16th, police were called to a forcible fondling call on Saint Charles Avenue. Upon arrival, a 13-year-old female reported that Kentral Pleas grabbed her breast. She said Kentral also asked her if she wanted to have sex with him.
