On September 25th, Johnisha Stone went to her ex-boyfriend 19-year-old Michael Hutcherson’s house to gather her things while he was not home. While collecting her things to leave, Michael returned and threatened her with guns.
Johnisha reported that Michael said he was not worried about making his bond and that he will kill her and take his son. He then lifted his shirt showing a handgun on his hip, which violates the conditions of his bond release. His bond states that he is not allowed near Johnisha and he is not allowed to possess a firearm.
On October 8th, Michael Hutcherson was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and violation of his conditions of release. He was later released on a $27,500 bond.
