Beverly Ingram, 57, was charged with domestic assault with bodily harm after she scratched a man and threatened to “hurt his private parts” over an argument about where she left her bra.
On October 12th, Memphis Police Officer Jackson responded to an assault call, where he made contact with a Charles Grove. Grove told officers that his girlfriend of 10 years, Beverly Ingram, assaulted him.
Grove stated that he and Ingram got into an argument about her leaving her bra under the table. That was when she became angry and began pushing him and threatened to “hurt his private parts.” Officers noted that Grove had small scratches on his right hand and took photos of the injuries. It was determined that Ingram was the primary aggressor.
